After updating to version 1.1.1 I lost the Typography menu in the customizer. The update reverted to a default font, how can I change the font again?
Also, the search icon now has an orange background after updating, the colors section doesn’t include a setting for that, how can I fix that?

]]>At some point the search bar stopped working. When you click it, it opens briefly then closes again before you can type anything.
It does, however, still work properly when you are logged in as an admin.

I’m using my latest posts as the static front page of the blog (full content view). However, in this view the comments section doesn’t appear. When I click the link and go to the blog post I can see the comments section, but I want this feature to appear on the front page as well (because users clearly won’t know to do this to comment). How can this be achieved?

]]>I would like to post some head shots for teacher bios, but if I make them the “featured image”, OMG, it makes this huge blow up of the head shot the header image; it’s really not flattering at all.
The thing is though, the head shots look really nice in the page embed (WP 4.4+), so I really want to keep them as the featured image, but just not in the header. Embedding the bio pages on the general “teachers” page is easy and works well.
Is there a way to keep the featured image out of the header, either overall or on specific pagesd? I am using a child theme and tried to replace the bulan_custom_header function, but it didn’t work.

]]>Hi, I love this theme very much, but I’ve found that when using any of the layouts (I prefer grid and that is what I set it at) the big main post with a centred photo, title and category, above the grid layout, is not there. All I see is the grid of posts, no big post like in the demo.
Is there a plugin/setting/featured tag I am not using? Sorry I’m new to WordPress and have no idea why this hasn’t appeared.

I’m a new wordpress user and I’m trying to customize my website.
Unfortunately my website title is a bit longer than the default ‘Bulan’ therefore on the mobile version the title is cut. It’s not looking good as it a boxed text.
How can I reduce the default size so it doesn’t cut the text on the mobile version ? I guess this would be somewhere on the css but I’m not an expert in that area ??

My site title is 2 words with total 16 letters and when browsing it on a mobile device, it looks strange when the title is on two rows. The frame split in two and it doesn’t look good.
Assuming that the best solution is to remove the frame borders? Tried to give me on this but nothing happens. See below code, guess I done wrong?

I was hoping to get some direction on how to change or remove the orange overlay on the masthead section of a static page site.
I haven’t located any CSS rules that seem to be causing the effect (I call it an “instagram filter.”)
