I have been trying to contact someone at Keon Themes to get an update for a theme I purchased. They just took my renewal fee but I can not get anyone from support to get back to me. Most of their posts, Twitter, FB and website dates are all from 2 years ago (or more).

Hi, I’m not able to translate the “Footer Text” with the Polylang plug-in.
Go to: Customizer > Theme Options > Footer Options > Footer Text
Normally, texts show up in the Polylang menu “String translations” but in this case it doesn’t.

My website links are not working when I open the website either on Chrome or Edge. Firefox is working as it should be.

The issue is that when I click on any link nothing happens unless I right-click and select “open link in new window” or “open link in new tab”.

I have updated all plugins and theme. I have tried troubleshooting and installed the default Twenty Twenty theme which worked well. I use a Keon Theme Business Consultr.

Hi, when do you think that you’ll release an update that solves the depracated jQuery problem?

At the moment I’ll make my site works thanks to “jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin.

The errors that I got are all the same as follows:

jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

and all related to this file:

/wp-content/themes/business-consultr/assets/js/main.min.js

Hi,

I would like to change the top bar colour as well as the services boxes background from blue to green on front page.

How do I do this?

I install a new wordpress in new host.
Install the business-consultr theme from wordpress dashboard.
install and activated the required plugin from wordpress dashboard.
I want to import the demo data so use the One Click Demo Import But it does not work well. Please help me if someone know why it was not work ?

I am testing the theme Business Consultr and I really like it. My client does not want to see the beradcrumb on each side. How can I deactivate this?
Also she wants to see below the menu the opening times of her business. Is this possible?
