What happened to the Customization button ??

I can no longer Customize the site’s homepage.

Any ideas ?

I am not able to find where the description for portfolio is coming from. I have uploaded the dummy content and not sure now where to update my description for this section.

I only see the default description as ” Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Quam magnam illo, commodi deserunt eum quae laboriosam soluta, facere! Nam, perferendis!”

Hi. I hope someone can help me. I would like the header image in the top right or left corner instead of behind the band with text. Is it possible to customize? It does not look like it from the menu in WordPress. also – I would like to have the header image on the home or the homepage

I just downaload this theme and install the dummy content like shown in the tuto video.
When I tried to change general setting and home Page setting I always have an error message “There is a problem with your action. Try to refesh the page”.
So I can change anything :/

Hello, I am trying to remove the Portfolio/services/team/clients/blog sections on the homepage and only keep the about us section. For some reason if i remove the (for example= the portfolio section in the dashboard) my about us section deletes as well. How do you delete these sections without affecting the about us section.

How can I change the defualt orange color for main home page and all sub pages?

Hi, I am trying to create a menu structure like the following:

Home > Staff > Staff member 1

the links for home and staff are working fine, but Staff member 1 doesn’t show. I have added it in the menu structure as a sub item of staff, so the structure looks like this
home
-staff
–staff member
but the third tier doesn’t show. How can I get this to show the third tier

The featured images from my blog posts are not showing up on the home page masonry grid.

I have set up the theme in my local dev environment using the sample content, and everything worked fine. But when I tried it on the live environment using my own content, the photos didn’t show up.

Please help.

I’d like to add links to my Twitter and Facebook pages to the menu. Can someone let me know how to do this please?

Hi,

I am trying to use the contact form (Contact Form 7) with Business One, however the Google Map does not show up and gives the following error “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details”.

I think this has to do with the Google APIs. Did someone encounter this problem and if yes how was it fixed?

NB : My current suspicion is that the “Contact Template” in the Pages Section needs its code amended to cater for the API. Just my hunch at the moment however ??

Hi,

We are using BusinessOne theme for our website.

I would like to remove “Home” link which appears in the header image when we navigate to our site. Please find the screenshot below. Can someone pls help me on this?

Also, one other question is that when we see the header image in mobile site, it does not show the full image but it was cut. any idea?

I am using a Business One Theme. I have a problem in nav menu
The nav menu should active the menu of current page and also hi-lighted in a round rectangle.

Also, I would like to have the About section automatically load and not wait until I scroll past…

I really like this theme a lot! I’m just trying to figure out how to adjust the increments allowed on the progress bar on the skills posts? I’ve searched the editors trying to find where this is defined and cannot. I’d like one that shows 0% and another that shows 99% but it only allows 5-100% in increments of 5. How can I change this?

How can I set the differents parts of the page like services,about and portfollio in my menu I mean it looks like the video?

When I updated to Business 1.2.2 my header image stopped loading. How can I fix this? This is problematic because the site title that is here loads as white and is not visible to visitors unless they happen to roll over it and it changes color on rollover.

The Slider Description font is tiny … Is there code I can change in section-slider.php or elsewhere?

I need to include HTML hyperlinks in the “About” section, but when I insert them they appear as plain text. Do I need to modify code in section-about.php?

Hi, Think i’m being a bit stupid here but on the customise options under site identity the tick box that says ‘Display Header Text’ doesn’t make any difference to the site. I want to hide the text and upload an image with the site info on it instead.

If this isn’t possible how can I change the font of this header text?

in the portfolio section I would like not to make another independent pages, but only show the photo with a description just like it is on the front page. Is it possible to make that photos unclickable?

The black About section has the 4 circles with the numbers associated with them on a 2nd row and would like them all to be on one row, horizontal.

Also, the testimonials are vertical. How do I get them to be horizontal?

I’m happy using Business One for my website! It’s the perfect theme for me.
I’ve got the one page + a contact page that is displayed on the homepage.
Now I’m trying to add an exclusive portfolio page, that can only be visited once you’ve got the URL. I’ve come a long way with that, but the problem is that when I publish the secret page, my contact page disappears from the homepage. I’ve tried everything I could think of, but it keeps disappearing.

Do you have any clue how to fix this?

I use the Polylang plugin in order to build my website with 2 languages. I need to add the ‘About Section Description’ field in two languages. Also, I want to set a different blog page for each language.

Is there a way to do these things?

1.Could you please tell me how to change the title in the “Client” section to, for examples “Sponsors” or “Available Brands” etc.

2.Also when I click on a Menu item, how can I make it link to a section on the homepage, NOT a separate blog post.

3.Last question, does it matter what Permalink setting I use? I had wanted to use the Post name setting but it resulted in problems, it now only seems to function properly when set to Default permalink. Is this a known issue?
