I submitted a very small aesthetic issue around blocks and embeds without expecting a response but they replied almost immediately asking for more details. They also fixed and included in a release (a true and genuine hot fix) within 48 hours. What a wonderful company and member of the WordPress community! I was looking to replace an outdated theme and came across Catch Flames. The free version did everything I needed out of the box and I was able to get everything set up except for one detail. So I went to the support forum and after searching teh forum I posted my question. The response was within a few hours and totally awesome and professional. The theme author told me step by step exactly what I needed to to do to get everything configured the way I needed it. If your needing support, Catch Themes became the obvious choice for me.

Skandha has helped me several times, while I work on crafting a website using Catch Flames (free version). I first encountered his great answers for others in the forum, on a couple of CSS adjustments, while trying to figure out a couple of formatting issues of my own. Both those instances of advice worked well for me, too, immediately. So, hoping to get great additional advice, I asked a specific question on the forum, about a menu issue on mobile. I was delighted when Skandha answered, just a few hours later, with a CSS suggestion that immediately solved my problem. Thank you, Catch Themes, and thank you, Skandha, for really good customer service.

3- Once again another excellent support ! Skandha help me to put my logo and title site on the same lign and they widened my sidebar at the top in the full size header, to take off space around Featured content etc. ! Perfect !!
2- Another good support I received yesterday. I had a problem with the container which had a blank space on the top and I received the code to resolve the problem.

1- I received help for two things for Catch Flames Pro. I asked that my foot pages does’nt appears on mobile devices and also, to have my font main menu more bigger. They gave me in a short time the good CSS codes to make this possible.

I have used several of the Catch Themes themes and I love to work with their themes because the support is fantastic. This theme has made a client happy. Yes, there are some limitations to the free versions, but for the sites in question it was easy to find work-arounds. The site using this theme has been customized in some unusual ways and my client gets compliments on it.

I love Catch Flames but unless you upgrade to Pro, the features area limited.
Also noticed that comment section does not show on every post but is visible in the Dashboard. Spammers are also accessing the site without subscribing.

This theme could be very nice but there is a bug with the menu on smartphones. Also, the design can get ugly when you change from small devices to médium devices. It goes upside down. Too bad.

I was looking for a hefty set of options for a new theme.
Configuration is the name of the game.
Supports 3, 2, or 1 column layout;
Right, Left Sidebar, or none.
Footer Left, Center, Right, or some combination.
Slider customization, header customization.
Multiple Menus.
ALL of these parameters I put into the Theme Search filters.
Only one result – this – Catch Flames.
It is BEYOND exceeding my expectations. It’s awesome.
It’s got everything plus the kitchen sink.
And I love it. And it’s beautiful. Easy to use, easy to customize.
