Installing and activating the plugin Enable JQuery Migration Helper is a workaround that solves the issue but the theme MUST be updated with a fix as soon as possible..

]]>Since the WordPress upgrade to 5.5 the menu in Catch Kathmandu on mobile devices causes a problem. Once you visit a post/page via the menu, you cannot change to another menuitem unless you first go back to ‘home’. As said, this problem is only in the mobile-menu’s in Catch Kathmandu. It’s not in sites using a different theme, as is used on https://www.ichthusculemborg.nl/leden (I use a multisite installation for the same organisation, for everyone and for members-only <leden>).
What can I do to solve this problem?
]]>After upgrade of my website to WordPress 5.5, my Ninja Form contact form stopped showing on the Contact page. I sent a message to Ninja Forms and they told me the problem was my theme was generating a javascript error:

]]>On an archives-page the page is give as a title: Tag: <tag-name> of Category: <category-name>.
These titles are translated into Dutch by nl_NL.po / nl_NL.mo in wp-content/languages/
But what I want, is to remove the “Tag: “- en “Category: ” part.
I tried successfully buy changing the translation of nl-NL.po / nl_NL.mo.
Problem is, that this file is updated by WordPress very regular. So I made a translation for my child-theme (catch-kathmandu-child-nl_NL.po and .mo) in wp-content/languages/themes, but that doesn’t work. The translation in wp-content/languages/nl_NL.mo are still be?ng used.
I think to try to change the function get_the_archive_title() in wp-includes/general-template.php, but wonder where I should place the changed file (containing only this changed function) in my child theme to prevend overwriting with uodates of WordPress (not the theme).
Any ideas?

For us the update from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 breaked a lot.
Major problem is/was: it is not possible to save anything with the Customizer and the theme seems to load customizer default values.
Going back to 4.0.2 solved most problems (also old settings where back again)
We are using:
* Latest WordPress
* PHP 7.4

]]>I am using the Catch Kathmandu Theme. I have uploaded images to my featured pages. But I realized the page slider option is missing from the Customizing -> Featured Slider -> Select Slider Type. Demo, Post and Category Slider are the only available options.

In the homepage I need to add news stories from our partner/sister site, our latest tweets and latest youtube videos. They should be in boxes, horizontally next to each other below the popular places section.
How can i achieve that in a responsive way? I noticed the hompage is called/built with catch-katmand-functions.php. Should i create a function that gets called after the function that builds the hompage finishs executing? I cant seem to find a plugin that fits right into the scenario.

I want to edit several layout options in the free version of the kathmandu theme. I wonder if you could help me locating the files (css/php) where i can edit these:
– I want to change the colours of the main menu and the page (orange and red)
– I want to move the menu to left, under the logo/ and reduce the height of the menu and header
– I want to add a shadow on page sides (separating the main page with the background picture/colour with a line or shadow)
– by the Homepage featured content: add texts in the picture with orange/red under-colour

]]>After upgrading to Catch Katmandhu 4.2 , the Theme Options are not working correctly.
1. All the theme options when changed direct me to the front page of my blog.
2. All the colour options changes do not take effect
3. A second Primary menu appeared in Monochrome. I like its placement better than the original Primary Menu but cannot change the colours
I have reinstalled WP 4.1.1; reinstalled CK 4.2; Deactivated all plug ins and reactivated one at a time. Nothing seems to work
