I’m developping a web site using cerise template and I really love this template. However, I realize that the theme adjuste fine on any resolution of compupter but when I fall on a mobile device (cell phone) I fall back in a kind of text mode website with no image, no banner, no slide show…

Is this normal and is there any solution please,

Anyone successful with creating a child theme of cerise?

I followed the directions indicated on this site:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

However, I noticed this theme enqueues stylesheets in the function.php file, so I think that may not allow the method detailed in the wordpress codex to work. Since the child theme didn’t work, it defaulted to the twenty twelve theme.
