Good morning! So on the homepage, the preview images for the blog posts show up so tiny. Is there a way to change the size to make them larger?

Additionally, sometimes they show up as different sizes. Is there a way to also make them all uniform in size?

I will not be adding featured images because most folks use phones and it takes up too much space. I really want to go text only. I have read a few options for adding css code but so far none of them will remove those pink boxes that I do not want to use. How do I do that please? thank you.

I have looked up several css codes that promise to remove the website (optional) entry from the comments form but have yet to find anything that works. Could you please let me know how to do this with your Chic Lite template? I am really pleased with the ease of most things in this template and am enjoying it greatly. Thank you.

How do I Display my Site Title in my Page Tab but not on the website header?

When I add the Site Title it displays in the Page Tab but also shows up below my page logo, so the name of my website is there twice. How can I resolve this issue?

I am building my site with Chic Lite and have selected to display a ‘Product search’ widget on my WooCommerce pages. When it displays however, the whole widget is sitting behind my categories / products creating a box around them and is throwing off the whole format of the page. Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it?

I am in the process of building my site and have opted to have the header banner as a slider on the homepage. However when I select this the homepage seems to be adding an extra blank banner below the main slider banner. It’s like it is replicating the slider below but with no imagery.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have made sure I have updated to the latest version.

Does anyone know how I can change the code so that the layout of the fist post/article on main page is the same as the rest? I want the post-title, date and content-text to be under the thumbnail image. Atm the title and date are placed over the thumbnail image.

Is there a way to select a specific portfolio category as default, and display that category first on the Home page?

I would like a sidebar on my single portfolio items/pages, and can’t find where that setting would be, or where I should modify the template to include
get_sidebar();

Hi! I am working on a site locally, before sending it to production, but there’s some words that I can’t manage to translate.

First, the words “Email”, “Address”, and “Phone” in the contact information widget.

Second, the label for GDPR checkbox for the Blossom EmailNewsletter. Just found it.

I just want to know where these words are, to translate them.
Note: I looked in the translation file.

When putting the webshop together i found a problem with my breadcrumbs.
I have a “home” page and a “shop” page. But the home and shop are the same page. HOw can i delete the “shop” page from the breadcrumbs?
There’s no SEO installed at the moment.

it is very difficult not to click on the ‘add to cart’ or ‘options’ text that hovers over product thumbnails, therefore I would like to remove this hover.

I couldn’t find where to post my question in the Themes Support, so I hope it’s okay here.
On my main blog page, the titles for the posts are a little too big, but when you click on the post to read it in it’s own window, the title is waaay too big. I’ve already changed the font in Customizer to try and get a naturally smaller-sized font, and I’ve also reduced the overall size font for the whole blog, but that changed all the fonts, not just the one I need help with.
On a secondary note, as you can see in my blog posts, my featured images are way too big as well. How can I lower the size?
Can anyone help with these issues? Plugins or CSS coding?
My theme is Chic Lite.

I am trying to change the colour of the post title text (on the main page and on each post page).

When i inspect the elemt it shows it is entry-title, i have been through all the css and added color:#008080 but nothing i do will change it.

Am i missing something?

New to WP.org here! I would like to center the text underneath my title – the “Updated on June, 16, 2021” and “Leave a comment” texts. I’ve already pasted some CSS to center the title and featured image. I also found CSS to center the meta, but that only moved my category. Any help is much appreciated!!!

I currently have the following CSS in order to have my logo positioned in the top left corner of my site (as well as to remove the ability to click on it):

My question is-

Is there anyway I can eliminate the white space at the top of my site’s homepage/have the logo in-line with the site title/tagline (rather than above the text)?

Also, the positioning changes when you visit the other pages on my site via the main navigation menu. How can I keep the site title/description text as well as the logo static?

Hey! I use the chic lite theme for my website. when the page loads in the mobile version I can still slide the website and I see a white bar along the right side of the page. So actually the website is bigger than my screen..
now I didn’t want a sidebar and turned it off. on the desktop version you don’t see a sidebar but on the mobile version you might?

I would like to use the theme chic for my website and have a problem with the logo.
At the customizer I can choose a logo and publish it.
But the logo is not visible (e.g. if I check it with a diffent browser).
After a refresh of the customizer the logo dissappears also there.
But it had worked before. My impression is, that it had occured for the first time after the update of the theme.
I tried already diffent file formats, different sizes without success :(.
There is also no problem with other themes.

Any idea?
