I initially asked for assistance regarding the size of my banner photos. I did remedy that issue, but I was having a difficult time with my social icons. I followed the instructions I received and the problem was resolved. Always helpful and courteous responses from support.

I love the Chic Lite theme, but what I’ve been surprised with most is the incredibly helpful customer service from Rara Themes. Anytime I have a question or issue, I send an email and get a response back that solves the issue right away. This was my first experience with setting up a WordPress website so I couldn’t be happier with the helpful service.

I have only recently set up this theme but VERY pleased with it so far. It seems to be exactly what I am looking for and fulfils all my requirements. I had a couple of little queries and the support staff responded very quickly and efficiently, which is often not the case with other support sites.They were very helpful.

The theme, Feminine Fashion, has proven to be simple enough to use for our website. Any issues we had (mainly with the footer), were swiftly taken care of by the Rara team support. The team was knowledgable, fast and super friendly.
