I have created a menu and sub menu, but would like another level of submenu. For example, on my page, if you hover over “Microeconomics” the first item on the drop down is “Business topics”. There is an arrow next to this, but nothing appears. How do I get the items to show up?

I’m importing this website from another WordPress theme, and in the drop down menu a few of the menu items have red lines under them (under residents and elected officials). Anybody know where they’re coming from and how I can remove them? Thanks!
