I have been using the Catch Themes Clean Journal Pro theme for over five years and I’ve never had a problem with anything about it – until a few days ago. I reached out for help through the site’s support tab, stating my problem, and I was quickly answered by Sujeet, who very kindly and quickly diagnosed and solved all of my problems, along with an assist from Sakim. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and attentiveness to my issues, which are now all completely resolved, to my absolute satisfaction and joy.

Enjoying the theme a lot. The customization is a little lacking in certain respects, but we were able to tailor everything to our liking with a little tinkering and custom CSS. Most importantly, I want to give a shoutout to the support staff on the Catch Themes forums. These dudes are seriously legit and often have responses within hours, usually providing the exact answer/explanation/necessary code snippets.
