I am attempting to build a forum facility on my website: theunituk.org.uk using BBPress.

According to Jonas Schindler’s excellent Youtube tutorial, when BBPress is activated, according to the tutorial, a BBPress side bar should be generated in the Widgets page but it is not generated.

Is this something to do with the fact that the theme allows only 1 menu?

Also, when I open the front page of the bbpress forum, the existing admin bar takes up too much room and distorts the layout of the forum page. Is there a way that I can remove the admin bar for selected pages?

I’ve installed two plugins that upload staff content that I have used before. I cannot get either of them to display the featured image option. I’ve tried using Staffer and TEam Members plugins and none seem to work

I am trying to find in the CSS how to change the grayish color box that has the name of the categories for each post.

Downloaded this theme, love it. Doing movie reviews and would like the featured images to be kinda movie poster shape rather than square. Any idea how/which bit of code I would need to change?

Any clue on what is needed to make the feature images consistent in size on the front page?

Right now I have images that are off centered, or images that stretch the grid to its limits.

Hello! I just downloaded this theme for a side project, and I’d like all the images to be just big enough so you can see the featured image and the blog title. I’ve tried experimenting with different images, but I can’t get them all to be standard size. Is there an optimal size for the featured image to create the effect I want?

Hello, i used sodium grid and its perfect on desktops but i’m having some problems on how it looks on mobile devices:
-the posts don’t have text, only image ;
-the menu and widget don’t go all the width.

Hi, I am working with Codium Grid and try to change the color of each main category: Blogs, Boeken etc.
I put a custom css code to Blogs in my menu with screenfunctions and named it: blogsbckgr
Then I went to my CSS stylesheet and added: ‘ .blogsbckgr {
background-color: #00d8ff; ‘

I also tried to do it with the category id, which is 830, but that doesn’t work either.

What am I doing wrong here?

The category link at the top of each page results in an error page. I thought this was related to child categories so I removed them, but it continues to be a problem.

The same problem happens if categories are added to the top menu.

J’ai choisi une couleur de texte d’entête en blanc, avec une image d’entête. Cela foctionne très bien sur la page d’accueil. Mais une fois que je clique sur un article, le texte d’entête (le titre change de couleur) et ne reste plus blanc.

The point is that I’ve got clean theme with 6 categories which contains a single message. Home page displays all of it (6), and when i add next one HP displays 7.

Is it possible to change order of the categories that are displayed on the main page?

I want to use a header image, instead of header text. however, I don’t want to use one that’s 1280×250. I would like it to be 635×100.

I changed the max-width of #wrapperheader to 635 and that changed my width, but I can’t figure out how to change the height.

I would also like to align it to the left side of the screen.

Are these things possible?

I’ve checkedif it was related with special caracters like “é” or “?” but no, it’s quite often just standart caracters.

Can you help me?

Hi and thank you for creating such a beautiful and simple theme, it’s wonderful!

I’ve activated it on my site and am just seeing what it looks like on my iPhone. It works fine but the Top Menu (navigation) appears right at the very bottom, so I see latest posts, then side bar content and then right at the very bottom, the navigation.

This doesn’t make much sense to me and could confuse visitors to the site. Is there any way I can get it to display the menu options under the site title and before the latest posts?

I am new to WordPress and would like to use the Codium Grid theme. Unfortunately there seems to be a dearth of information about using this theme. Is there a quick start guide anywhere?

I use Codium Grid 1.0.8 for my food blog (in Portuguese) and I love it. The only thing I can’t do is make sure the text inside the post shows below the title in the front page.

I created a subdomain to test the version of Codium Grid that I have installed (1.0.8) and see if it was me or a glitch.

The moment I installed the theme, it worked. So, I have no idea what the issue is.

Hello, is it possible to add the homepage sidebar to the category.php page? I use the category pages to show direct links to my post categories.

Example – https://bargainocity.com/category/baby-kids/

My question is if it’s possible to get the sidebar in there. I’ve already looked in the category.php file and I actually see both <?php get_sidebar() ?> and <?php get_footer() ?> but neither of those show up on the page. Is there a trick or work around to adding it? If so any help would be appreciated. thanks

We are working on creating a blog for our website that is based on the Codium Grid Template, and on the main page I would like to change the width of the tiles that show each post (see attached image). One of our tweaks caused them to become narrower than they should be, and I would like to fix them.

I want the home page to just have the recent posts. No sidebar. So, I got rid of the sidebar and moved it over, but I cannot figure out where to add another column of posts. Right now I have the three columns and would like there to be four.

Could you direct me to where I can add this?

You mention to rebuild your thumbnails. How does one go about doing this? Thanks for any tips.
