Suddenly my website using Coller Pro shows only a white page. Deactivating the theme Coller Pro fixes the problem. The website is now running using a standard theme from WordPress I am using WordPress version 5.8

I would like to change the time on the slide show but I can’t find where to do it.

With the help of older posts in this forum I was able to change the highlight menu color with custom CSS, but I can’t seem to change the blue. It stays there at all time.

I am the web developer for the link that is attached. The client alerted me last week that they noticed the site suddenly looked different – the masthead and navigation changed appearances and the home page slideshow disappeared. I logged into the dashboard and went into “theme/customize” and saw the specs for the home page slideshow intact. However, I noticed that the Coller theme was updated March 23rd, and wonder if this “major upgrade” changed these aspects of the site? (the same thing happened in January when a Coller upgrade occurred).
What is the best way to respond to this upgrade in regards to retaining the original look of the site?

I’m trying to remove the gray color and black top border on active pages in the navigation, but am having some trouble.
If I add something like this to my custom CSS in the dashboard:

I can see a sliver of my new color behind the gray, so it would suggest that the gray is not a background? Also, the top border is still intact … I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

My website using Coller Pro has been up for 2 years and the content updated frequently; new posts or page modifications created to keep the site fresh. No significant issues until recently. Running WP ver. 4.8.2 using Coller-Pro theme.

Lately, when editing a page/post or creating a new one, the page title that I give the page will inexplicably change to that of a recent post that I had created weeks ago. The associated permalink also changes. I can change back, but if I modify the page further, the title/permalink reverts back.

I don’t think this was tied to an upgrade to 4.8.2; nor have installed any new plugin nor the latest version of Coller Pro

Any ideas??

I try to work with coller professionell. But I did not found the possibility to delete or turn off the sidebar complete. In the free Version of coller 2.0 (new) this is possible. But in the professionell Version not. Maybe someone can help

I’ve adapted the file wp-content / themes / coller / framework / layouts / content-coller.php to show the full content of an article directly on the main landing page:

In general it works fine. However, when my content editors use the WYSIWYG editor to create an article, all the line breaks are gone on the landing page. The format is OK when the article is opened though. I can go into the “text” editor and can add br/ but, it would be great if it worked out of the WYSIWYG editor.

Any ideas?

So I am having issues with the slider, this is the main slider under the customize section.

For some reason it has a black and green box in the bottom left section and I can’t figure out how to get rid of them.

Any idea how to fix this? Also sometimes when the slides transition they collapse up or only show 1/2 of the next slide. Does this have to do with my images?

We’ve seen that in some browsers (ie Firefox) logo scale is not working properly, at least not for desktop view.

Hi, we’ve updated our theme and we found something which is not working as it should

Long page titles ain’t right, please check the linked image.

First words of double lined titles are behind a transparent box which I couldn’t get to remove through code.

I have just upgraded a site to the latest Coller theme and the slider is no longer showing on some devices.. although it seems OK on most. The site is https://www.sallybolton.co.uk and the machine its not working on is a Sony Vaio laptop. On this machine the slider is just empty .. as though no slides have loaded

I’ve made quite a bit of changes to the older/previous version of the theme.
– can the old style sheet be reused?
– are there any critical or security related reasons for upgrading?

Else, whilst combined with use of zencache the older theme works fine for me.

Our logo looks very small when limited to a height of 125 – please could we change the main site logo dimensions to: height 200px, and width: 272px?

All of a sudden, my featured image started appearing at the top of the individual post. I would like to get rid of this as it causes repeat images on my post while still having a featured image appear as a thumbnail on my homepage.

How can I increase the featured image that is shown on the preview of posts on the home page?

I can increase the size in the CSS by editing the value on.

#featured_image {
	width: 150px;
	float: left;
	clear: left;
	margin: 20px 10px 15px 3px;
}

Which works but then the image is pixelated. I tried to regen the thumbnails but that didn’t work because something is still making them be the default size 150px.

Any help appreciated.

Does Coller allow custom images in the slider? and what size is the slider?
I want to have a full width image/custom slider appear at the top of all pages and posts pages/blogs, right under the header.
so I want…..
navigation and header/header and navigation… doesn’t matter which way these are…..
then
a full width slider ideally about 250-300 deep(not of featured images) but of my own images
then
the page content or the blog/posts content under that in a 2 column format (1 column and sidebar)

Meaning that the slider is almost the same width as the header, and it appears no matter where you are on my site.
Will Coller support this? or can you recommend another of your themes.

I am an intermediate wordpress user, so an advanced/developer theme would not suit me.

I am currently using the Coller theme with the Co-author plugin. The plugin says you must add code to specific files within your theme but those files do not seem to exist for the Coller theme. Would appreciate any help on how I can adjust my setup so that multiple authors can be listed for a single blog post (both on the main page and the post itself).

Is there any solution(s) with rgds to expansion of secondary/tertiary menu items when site is used on a mobile phone?

Am using # to group several pages/items under one level, all non-expandable as is.

I know there are alternative solutions, such as adding a jquery menu plugin (and others) but would much rather prefer to be able to implement it within the specifics of given design.

Thanks for this theme, but I have a problem i can’t solve…

On a post or page I want do insert a small image (let’s say 150×150 pixels) and I want to add text next to it.

Normaly I can insert a image, and align it to the left. At the right I can put some text. In the editor it displays fine, but when I save it, the image seams to clear the space on the right, so the text is placed under it.

How can I fix it?

Please help, I’ve recently switched our blog to the Coller theme and I’m having a couple of problems, plus I’m trying to change a couple of things.

1. I want to remove this from the bottom of my blog posts under comments: “You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>” etc.

2. The check boxes for “NOTIFY ME OF FOLLOW-UP COMMENTS BY EMAIL.” and “NOTIFY ME OF NEW POSTS BY EMAIL.” Are missing/out of place. (see link above)

3. I want to add a thumbnail to each blog post on my home page, I tried using “featured images,” but it duplicated the image in the actual blog post. longlongwait.com

4. I would like to add a “READ MORE” button to the bottom of each summary. I’ve tried the plugin Easy Custom Auto Excerpt, but it doesn’t seem to work.

One thing I was wondering about.

When a submenu (level 2) is selected, and displayed active, how can I make parent/main menu also be displayed as active? What should be inserted and where?

This is particularly relevant where main menu item is not in use (or with #) and everything is organized in submenus.
