In the HEADER portion of the page, div class “col-xs-12 col-md-6 compose-logo”
there is code which links to the home page assigned to an image.
The PHP code that produces the image is:

It renders the following on the page as displayed:
I need to change the URL of the image. Where would I find that stored?
]]>This is such a great theme – I know I’m being nitpick-y here…
On the main page, which I have set up to display the latest posts, there is no space between the menu bar and the title of the post. When I follow the link to the post, everything looks fine. It’s just on the home page.
Any suggestions to put some space below the menu bar?

If your menu colors do not show, you can change them and set them back to the default colors to show them again.
Enjoy creating with Compose!
]]>Hello,
I’m not very advanced with my CSS etc, and I only vaguely understand child themes etc.
What I want is to have the site menu displayed on the post display, but not on the main blog reel (the ‘home page’). Is this possible with this theme?
Can anyone help me do this?
]]>I have tried to change the colour of the menu/navigation bar. I have created a child theme for this theme and have tried inserting various CSS rules/codes but none change the colour.
I would like the menu to be a blue.

Can anyone help please?

]]>I am trying to change the menu text on the Compose theme for the responsive menu. The desktop version is fine (black background, white text), but the responsive version shows a black background with blue text. This makes it hard to see.
Can anyone tell me where I change that in this theme?

]]>Hi,
Please may I asked for help in displaying my feature image the full width of the page. I’ve upload an image with a very large width but white space seems to be appearing on the left and right. I have followed the instructions as per documentation but I can’t get it to appear similar to the example template home page.
Many Thanks,
Adrian
]]>Hello,
I don’t know if it’s a big deal (I mean, the theme is working) but I can see on the debug console a Js file is called (and it’s missing)
https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/compose-wp/js/navigation.js?ver=20120206
The file is also missing on your demo here

I prefer to warn you about that
]]>I was at a meeting today demoing the site using Compose WP. One of the people in the meeting was viewing the same site on a “new” Lenovo laptop using IE and the site came up with the “mobile” version. I didn’t have time to explore further, but I think the person was running Windows 7. She indicated it was a “new machine.”
When I got back to my office I tried to replicate what I had seen using IE on my Windows 7 machine. It works almost perfectly (the regular full size version, not the mobile version appeared) but I did see one flaw. It was related to the overlying text on the featured image on the home page. I did change the parameters of the code controlling the overlying text on the featured image on the home page to allow more information to be viewed. Using IE on both the Win 7 and Win 8 machine, some of the text gets cut off. It works fine with all other browsers.
Is there there some IE weirdness going on here, and is there a way to fix this?

Thanks!
]]>Hi,
I would like to have a header image, instead of a logo, and I can see in the editor section there should be a way to do this (with the custom-header.php file), but I am not well-versed enough do it without some instructions of what code would go where (as it mentions something about moving to the header.php file), and the codex link in the file was not entirely helpful for me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>Is there an easy way to remove the date that appears at the bottom of all Pages?
Also, when you change the background color of the footer, or any section using the theme customize tool, there is no way to change the font-color to one that will be a contrasting color without messing with the CSS.
Many thanks
]]>Hello,
My company uses your Compose theme in WordPress. We also use a B2C storefront plugin called rocketquotes. It uploads fine, but the iframe is cut making you scroll to the right and left. I was wondering if there was a quick fix to resize?
Thank you.
The theme is working well so far but I’ve noticed a compatibility issue with Page Builder by Site Origin: layouts created using Page Builder are visible only if the page (in this case home page) is set to “full width”. In case of home and carousel template, none of the elements added with the Page Builder appear.
Secondly, how do I stop the date from being added to the bottom of pages?
