I'm brand new to WordPress and trying to create a website.
I liked a theme (Consultup or Busiway) very much and I started working with it.
Unfortunately, I could not change the colors of links or buttons, for example.
Not even after I rewrote the CSS.
This was saved but never loaded into the homepage.

So I decided to buy the upgrade.

Now I have the problem that nothing works anymore.
I can no longer make any adjustments.
The default sliders, services, etc. have disappeared and can no longer be inserted.

Ich bin ganz neu bei WordPress und versuche gerade eine Homepage zu erstellen.
Mir gefiel ein Theme (Consultup bzw, Busiway) sehr gut und ich habe damit begonnen zu arbeiten.
Leider konnte ich z.B. keine Farben bei Links oder Buttons ?ndern.
Nicht einmal wenn ich die CSS umgeschrieben habe.
Diese wurde zwar gespeichert aber nie in die Homepage geladen.

Also entschied ich mich das Upgrade zu kaufen.

Nun habe ich das Problem das gar nichts mehr geht.
Ich kann keinerlei Anpassungen mehr machen.
Die vorgegebenen Slider, Services etc. sind verschwunden und lassen sich auch nicht mehr einfügen.
M?glicherweise mache ich aber etwas falsch.
Vielleicht k?nnt ihr mir helfen.

Hello,

when browsing the website using the Consultup theme on mobile (iphone, android – different browsers), the navigation disappears as soon as you click the expand button and scroll down. The issue is that the background is white and the text color of the links is white, too. Unfortunatelly, I cannot find the function to change either the background color or the color of the navigation links.

I am running always the newest versions of all plugins (1.9.9.6 version of Consultup) under WordPress 5.4.4. and some users have informed me that the text color on various pages has changed to white. The text is still there, but as the background is white, it will not be displayed any more. This issue arises with certain browsers e.g. safari (macOS), opera (windows10) edge(macOS) but not under my standard edge(windows10), that’s why I haven’t noticed it so far and can’t trace it back. I can hardcode overwrite the text color with a html color command, but this will be huge work for all related pages. Is this a) a bug and b) will it be fixed b) and c) to which version (Consultup + WordPress) do I have to downgrade meanwhile that it disappears?

Hello, HELP WANTED!
I am using your theme and I need help to fix the titles.

1.) Bug: The words will break in the middle of the word.
2.) Bug: When you press the menu on mobile it will come up but without any background.. this is pretty disturbing..

I would be grateful to get some advice. I tried to fix it in the breadcrump code but it feels like i am not able to change anything in the code..

I have installed the “busiup” theme and I feel positive about the overall rendering. Though, I can’t get why the top bar and heading menu do not appear on the homepage. Settings from “appearence” seem complete. I went through the “customize” menu, but I cannot get any improvement.
Also, I have installed Elementor. Might it be conflicting?
Any suggestions, please?
