There is a number of limitations and coding issues with the pro version of this theme. Customer service is appalling if you highlight an issue. The stock answer is “we don;t see any problem” or instead they will simply ignore your ticket query. Avoid at all costs.

Waiting for support to answer and help me out to fix isues it is kinda long time but they did ther job
(update- expiriance with customer support) i was thinking that bug came up bcs i do not have premium version of theme than I purchased Cozipress pro. At the start they are not responding on time, I am having problem installing premium themes on my website and expand business (some times it do not upload heder slider and alot is mashed up some time when is extracted good and when i go to customise its not working) , and they did not help me allot untill i get full customer support and theme install assistens review stays 2 starts.
After update from 31 august i am having problems with CoziPress now lets see how fast support will fix the problem bcs i writed to them and no answer yet.
Physical Memory Usage after 1 September is 100%, allot of critical errors, bad user expiriance ( that lower my sales ), i droped on rank on Google bcs of bad user expiriance and people leave website when they see critical error. ( now i am waiting how much will i be down in Google search and in sales. ) Thank you alot

Its always very quick and even if they don’t undertand the task at first, they always make sure that at the end its correct.

After the purchase I discovered this..too few options, no control over the locations of the sections, and many, many more options not available in the pro version… I would not recommend buying it, it is a huge loss

I really love this theme! It is beautiful, modern and different from the others.
I think this is the perfect theme for my company.
On the other hand, the support is so fast and good…they have always helped me with everything.
