Suddenly, the “Advanced options” widget is no longer allowing access to the customizr for changing CSS.
Font Customizer, Global settings, Header, Main Content and Footer also do not work. Only Front Page Content, Menus and Widgets are accessible.
I turned off all of the plugin and it still does not work. Could there be a compatibility issue with the latest version of WordPress? I need access to the CSS editor.
]]>Custimizr does not appear to be compatible with WP 6.7 and with Elementor 3.25 yet. I’m sure that will change ;-).
Good luck!
]]>I just noticed when I go to Appearance > Customize in the Customizr theme, I can no longer access Global Settings (font, etc), Header, Main Content, Footer, or Advanced Options (CSS). I can click and access the submenus Front Page Content, Menus, and Widget, but not the others. When I click on them, nothing happens. I was able to access them all last week. I have made some changes that may be the culprit, but I cannot isolate the issue. I disabled all my plugins one by one, and the problem persists. I cleared by website cache and browser cache, and disabled all caching plugins.
Tonight I updated to WordPress 6.7 and PHP 8.3. I reverted back to PHP 8.2, but that did not fix my issue. I cannot revert back to WP 6.6. I installed the Yoast SEO plugin this week, but as I mentioned earlier, I deactivated that and the issue persists. I also recently turned on Auto Ads in Google Adsense settings.
I am not sure which, if any, of the above changes are preventing me from accessing my theme customization. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>I’m having various issues with customizr using minimized versions of javascript that cause errors and even though I’ve set both
define( 'CZR_DEV_MODE', true );
define( 'CZR_DEBUG_MODE', true ); /* force customizr theme to not minify things. */
Customizr still uses minified versions of files like tc-scripts.min.js instead of tc-scripts.js.
It’s also using a minified version of “underscore” (_) which seems to not be loading at all because there’s an error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'isObject')
where the “null” object is just “_”. Even though underscore.js is included with script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.ajexperience.com/wp-includes/js/underscore.min.js?ver=1.13.4" id="underscore-js"
and the file does exist there, it’s just not loading since _ is still null in the console.
Is there a way to actually turn off all of this minification that seems to be breaking things for me?
thanks
]]>Hi, I am looking for help on why the featured text boxes and buttons don’t line up. I have cleared the cache etc. Page titles are all two lines. These can be adjusted if needed. I don’t understand why on the first column the paragaph text is pushed down, and on the third the button is pushed down. There are not any plugins conflicting as far as I am aware. Thank you.

The mobile version of the hamburger menu on my homepage closes by itself when I tap on it. This is the same issue I found at the following post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/mobile-menu-stopped-functioning/ but it was more than 2 years ago.

]]>Hello
First of all, bravo this amazing theme.
Is there a simple way to control how many “you may also be interested” articles are displayed. By default it seems to be 2 but I would like to have 4 displayed.
Sorry if this is in the documentation but I’ve looked for it and haven’t found the answer.

In the screenshoot of the example I need to only indicate the title of the category “Europe” and NOT to have “Project Type: Europe” appear. It should be noted that this apparently is due to wp, since the same thing happens in all the themes I use

For this example you would need to eliminate the tax (Project Type) and it should only appear (All destinations)

It has been over a year now that there was the exact same concern posted.
There was NO answer as well as NO support to any of the following posts (like here or here or here and so on). Just a prompt to PRO users to direct their questions to the theme site. So the question remains
Is the free Customizr theme still supported at all?

]]>Something’s going on. Customizr Pro is not compatible with the latest PHP version even though there was a recent PHP update. I can no longer log into my account on your website to reach customer support. It’s clear, that the theme is no longer being supported. Thankfully, this is my last year and I can try to ride it out unless any major issues arise other than the PHP issue.
You folks need to come clean. I’m guessing the original developer is no longer involved because everything including Nimble Builder has been left to go to the dustbin of WordPress history, which is why I dumped it years ago. Though, I’m certain they’re still willing to take your money for the theme.
Y’all either need to come clean or release an update because the longer this goes on, the more of a security risk this is for admins. Since I’m a podcast, I may just shutdown the WordPress site and leave everything on my podcast host because this is unacceptable. WordPress needs to have better control over what’s operating on their platform.
]]>I turned off “lazy loading images” in “Home page content” -> “Slider Optons”. Still I get
“img class=”slide lazy vcentered loaded”
Even the site logo gets lazy loaded (don’t know where to find this option). Both are the very first image elements and really should not be lazy loaded.
Any ideas? I’m on Customizr Pro.
Cheers, Alex

I suspect it came from the fact that I cleared the field for slider height in pixels. Is there a known issue with an empty front page slider height field?

So, when viewing on a desktop the site logo is nice and large. However, it is still very small on mobile. Is there any way to make the site logo larger when viewing on mobile?
Thank you! I am enjoying this theme so far.
1: open file: /public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/core/front/models/modules/common/class-model-breadcrumb.php
2: Checkout line 898 and 977: $page = get_page( $post_id );
the $page is null when $post_id is 1, then it will cause notices/errors

First, it started to show my webpage images in grey, and I could solved it using a plugin that allowed me to downgrade the customizr version. This week, my webpage started to have the 503 Service Unavailable error. I disabled all of the plugins I am using, but after a couple of hours the error appears again. I suspect it is because of Customizr.
I would like to know if this is happening to some of you. If that is the case, I would consider changing the theme of my website, but this is very difficult because of how it is structured.
Thank you in advance!

]]>Hello Support,
When will there updates for the Customizr theme?
The last update was August 26 in 2022…
It seems that I have some slight problems nowadays with loading my website.
Hi there! Great theme and i’ve been using it for a while now.
I’m using the latest version 4.4.21 and choose the right sidebar for everything pages and articles and the left sidebar to everything WooCommerce. The default layout is:
Global default: left sidebar
Posts default: left sidebar
Pages default: right sidebar
I’ve read the documentation at https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/107-customizr-theme-options-pages-and-posts-layout however i can’t make this work.
I added left sidebar to posts default so that it shows on everything WooCommerce related – this is working, as on the posts i manually choose the right sidebar. However in article categories and article tags it shows the left sidebar and i’m unable to change this.
Can someone help me? Is there a way to set the left sidebar to everything WooCommerce so that i can choose the right sidebar for everything posts related? Or just change the articles categories and tags so that they show the right sidebar?
Thanks in advance!
