I am using the D5 Business Line theme. The link I provided above is early in-work but wanted to get the links working.
I have been using WordPress for a couple of years but as I get deeper into configuration, I run into problems.
When I am editing the site at “Customize/Business Line OPTIONS,” after inserting an image, I scroll down to enter a “Featured Link 1” link. It defaults with an “#” in the open box. I have tried several ways to enter a link to work and nothing is working. I have searched the site over and over with no clues yet on how to get the links to work.
Can someone point me to the correct information or supply the right way to make these work? I have seen another site using this where when you click on the images, they take you to another location. I want to do this as well.
Second part of this question. I don’t know yet if I can assume that the “#” means it has to be an internal link/page, can I set this up to link to an external website, and then how?

My name is Hari. I am doing a website development for a local grocery shop and I am using D5 Business Line theme. Please can you provide me with solutions for the following queries?

a) Business Line Options Slider comes with only two images. Please can you tell me how I can increase to more than 2?
b) I wanted to remove “D5 Business Line Theme by: D5 Creation | Powered by: WordPress” which appears in the footer. Please can you tell me how?
c) I want the Business Line Options Slider to appear in all the pages and not in Home page alone
d) I have horizontal scrolling announcement plugin deployed in one of the footers. I would like to extend the length so that it appears long. But it comes very short
e) Is it possible to have side bar in the home page?

Please can the queries be resolved as soon as possible? I have a meeting with the client and need to present the complete website

Hello, I like this theme but the blog page is a mess — it literally shows every blog post full-out for the entirety of the page, rather than snippets of the blog that people can then click on for more information. Is there a way to get it to be more list-like and less “here’s everything I’ve ever written from the beginning of time”?

Hello All,

Recently i have been working on a new site, I have previously used the D5 business line theme for about 3 other websites. Today this has me stumped. When i go to search for blogs, pages, and articles in the search widget.
I do get the results, However. It will give me a fatal error in the description for every post.

Example: Fatal error: Call to undefined function simplicity_content() in /home/vegas10128/public_html/wp-content/themes/d5-business-line/search.php on line 27

Previously i installed –
Better Search by Ajay D’Souza,
because i wanted to use a search bar on a page, and not on the widget side. Sadly it did not work for me so i removed the plugin.

I also tried replacing the search.php with a fresh one from the d5 business line theme i downloaded.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If i need to provide any more info please ask.

I found another thread which mentioned changing a line in the style.css file but the entry mentioned does not appear in the business line style.css file.

How can i define links to _blank, my menu has links to another site but i want them to open in a new tab, i searched everywhere but i don’t see such an option anywhere, can i define this in the css? if so then how?

My website at https://www.meaningfulmagic.org appears as if the lines are cut short (often mid-word) when viewed with IE. This is not the case with Chrome, however. Any tips as to how to rectify this?

I am new on wordpress so i’ll need your help ??

I dw your theme, for my brother. he is a handyman and I need to add his number phone in the hader. The great thing would be a picture with a lady which hang a phone with a title : “call us”, and his number phone.

I need it on all pages.

Also, is it possible to add this (i don’t know how to call it) banner/plugin, with a “following” oh the mouse ? I mean, if i go down with the mouse the banner goes down too.

Also, how may i modifate the 4 pictures and the text in the midle of the page ?

When adding Social media links, the link automatically adds my my website before the link. I.e for Facebook it will look like this:
www.(mywebsitename.com/www.facebook.com/(myfacebookpage)

How could this be changed?

I wanted to know where in the code I can change the line spacing on posts and if possible, on the main page captions. It automatically 1.5 or double spaced. I’d like to have it around single spaced, but I can’t find where in the code I need to change it. I have tried altering line-height codes, etc. However, it seems there is some style code that overrides the ones I have been changing.

I have tried to download D5 Business (2.2.2.). I can see it that it has been downloaded but I can’t find the page anywhere from my laptop? What should I do?

I am using the Woocommerce plugin but i have noticed that on the product page where you can select the QTY you would like to buy of that product, the minus button is missing, the plus icon is there.

This seems to display fine on other themes (i.e. the plus displays and the minus displays under that)

Is there some kind of html or CSS that i need to update?

Colorchange on https://www.en-ka.eu/ for the 4 feature boxes which are something like orange?

I changed a lot of colors and I am happy it worked.

But i can’t find the color code for the four feature boxes in the style.css sheet.

In my case they are named and have to be changed to #c2000b:

I want to change this four titles in the same red color as of the rest of the page!

I am currently making a wordpress site using the d5 business line theme. The site looks great on all browsers except on iphone and ipad. On these the pictures in the slider looks compressed and they only fill less than half the space in the slider.

Can anyone help me.

How do you change the colour of links?

I am using a child theme and have changed the style.css

but the changes don’t show up.

I have installed this theme on my site and it’s really cool – thanks!!
The only problem I have come accross is the display of the front page banner image on an iphone.
It appears perfectly on every other browser that I have tried (even safari on windows) but on the iphone (safari of course) the image is only about a third of its normal width…
Any ideas how I can correct this in the code? This is important to me as I will be offering mp3 downloads to mobile phones so I really need the iphone display to work correctly.

i’m not sure is it correct place for add_filter('the_title', 'd5businessline_title');
in this filter?
when i try to add some custom function it breaks website.
Maybe that is the problem after updating that makes screen go white ??

I made a new style.css as per Codex but when activating child theme all the styling is lost on the frontpage.

Hey iam new at this css and header php stuff but i want to put a title on my page along the header in the center and i know theirs some kind of code i will need to add in the header section and stylesheet css. So i was wondering what the code might be? and also to adjust the font and color as well for the header title?

My problem is the same as poster Ironstone. After I hit the install button I could no longer access the admin site. All I get is a blank screen.This is my main business site and I need a response ASAP. I am guessing on the wordpress version however i know it is not the latest version

Installed the “updated version” and now I just get a blank screen in wp-admin (any part)

I cant tell you what version of wordpress I am on unfortunately as I cannot see anything in wp-admin screen

Everything was working fine until I clicked upgrade in the themes window

Please help ??
