Great theme: simple, concise, convenient. I’ve been using it for many years. But a problem has arisen. Previously, I had no pages on my site and everything was fine, but the time came and I needed them. At the same time, a list of all pages automatically appeared above the footer of the site. This is not a widget (I tried) and I can’t remove them. Is it possible to do this and how to do it?

I would like to change the title for the “featured posts” and “recent posts” widgets to German. With a plugin for the translation it did not work. How can I change the language/words directly in the theme Deadline?

Hi,

If you follow the link to our frontpage you can see the few articles at the top have perfectly clear photos, however scrolling down you find most of the images are pixelated. I have no idea what causes this. One of the articles is the same as the featured article, and one image is clear and the other is pixelated. Removing the image and adding it again as a “featured image” does not work. How can I upload the images so they are not pixelated? They are not small photos: 16.6MB

Hello, is there any way to display the author names on the home page for each article? Obviously the author name is visible when an article is expanded, but it would be great to also display this prior to a reader expanding an article. Thanks.

When I select tag to show Featured post, will appear No Featured Posts Found. Category and tag pages not showing too. ??

I’m a big fan of the Deadline theme, it pretty much suits my site CarFeed.co.uk perfectly.

However, I’d like to add a featured posts slider on my home page rather than the static featured posts that are there now. Is there a way to do this via CSS?

Our advertisements all disappeared with the update to 2.1.
Is there a simple way to get them back in this template, especially the header ad?
