Links that are set up to Open in a New Tab are not doing so. Is there something set in the Driven theme that would prevent open in new tab?

I noticed that when I click the categories section, I get directed to a page with a blank user interface.

No posts are displayed for that specific category.

If I go into the Categories and click the View link, I am getting “Empty template: Category”

What should I do to fix this? So that I could show posts that are per each category?

Can I change the pattern for my blog post page? Specifically I’d like to show full content instead of a “Continue Reading” button. I tried to change the pattern on the blog post page, but it still shows Post Excerpt, not Post Content.
It seems that the categories shows Post Content.
