Hi,
When I click on the thumbnails on my page they only generate a white space with a spinning wheel. It’s most likely something I have not set up correctly as I am not an advanced WordPress user.
Can anyone advise how I can get them working?

I would like the change the color of the head background at the top where the menu and logo are located (Gray area). I would also like to make that area smaller. How would I go about accomplishing that?

I have turned off Gallery Lightbox in the theme options area through the admin panel but it is still there… I guess that is what I am dealing with.
On the homepage, I have a header with a white background, however, that is actually a transparent background image. I am assuming that because there is a feature that shows a magnify glass and a pop out image that the background is being filled in white for this feature.
How do I turn off this magnify thing? Thanks!

I’m in the final stage of a new website.
In the laptop webbrowser everything looks fine, but when I look at my website on a iphone/ipad then something is not well.
It’s a child-theme from eclipse. Inside the theme I can decide whether it’s responsive or not – I don’t want it responsive, just scaled down for all devices.

The problems are the blue “lines” on top and footer (behind header logo and nav). They should not stop in the middle of the content.
I tried for many days to resolve the problem – even with firebug, but somehow I’m not able to find out how to adjust that.
Does someone has an idea?

Sometimes the dropdown is being shown but it doesn’t work when I tap it.

I am having a bit of problem with the portfolio images and the fancybox plugin I installed.

The reason I got fancybox was to use it on a separate gallery page. However, this conflicts with the already existing setup on the main page under the portfolio title.
So, when I click on an image on the main page it opens up the image twice in that gui and then I have to close it twice. So, is there a way I can disable that effect for the theme and just use fancybox to open the images under portfolio? Thanks.

I am trying to customize the site for my mom and I removed the header of the page to make my own. Everything looks nice in Firefox and chrome, but it seems internet explorer has a real issue with the site specifically with the slider.

]]>All of the additional page layouts that include sidebars are not showing properly (they are not floating — the page text shows and then further down the page, the right sidebar shows). I DID modify CSS using Jetpack but removed it in an attempt to see if this was causing the error, and the sidebars still are misaligned.

]]>Hello, I was wondering if maybe you can help. I did up a quick WordPress installation on GoDaddy and installed the Eclipse theme because it was requested. But it crashes on IE8 for some reason, then does a recovery and works on the second time around. But if you refresh it crashes again, recovery, works, etc. I tried disabling Javascript in IE8 and then it doesn’t crash, but it also doesn’t do the fancy (and cool) features of the template. Is there any advice you might have on what is causing that or where to start looking?
It seems to work fine in Firefox, even a very early version.

Firstly would like to thank you for the theme Cyberchimps, and also say this may not be an issue with the theme but need to start somewhere!
I am running WordPress 3.41, latest version of the Eclipse theme and also version 1.9.3 of Nextgen gallery (all current versions as I type).
The problem I have is when in Chrome the gallery thumbs Nextgen gallery, all auto size and stretch with the browser window, however when in IE 9 or latest version of Firefox they stay the same size and then overlap each other if the browser window is reduced to a small size.
