I purchased the Pro version. Other theme vendors supply helpful documentation which is extremely useful for various levels of WordPress site builders. For example, I purchased the fairly extensive True Mag theme for video based sites. Their documentation was almost flawless and allowed me to complete setup and customization in less than 40 minutes without a single hitch. Surprisingly, this package supplies none whatsoever. Am I correct? The theme zip file was incompatible as well as the accompanying file and both had to be updated by vendor for redownload. Most of the zip files’ content, including php files are dated 2019. I’m wondering if that is why almost none of the configuration steps are functioning correctly. I’m near tossing the whole package and asking for my money back.

I am using the free version of the theme Educational Zone for my WordPress site at https://sssh.site – and I have an issue with the top menu button (the blue one with three horizontal lines) while using a smartphone view.

The issue is that nothing happens when I click the button – the menu items don’t show up as if something has not loaded up properly.

How can I fix this?
