I received excellent support with my website from Rara themes. My images were gone, and I had been in touch with my host multiple times. I actually had one of the people at my host acknowledge that the support I was promised they did not carry through on. One of the support staff acknowledged I had been lied to. When I reached out to the support staff at Rara themes she efficiently and courteously fix the problem. The issue was definitely with the host not the theme, and, more importantly, something that the support staff at the host said that they had already tried to fix. So, I am currently considering a different host, and I am very grateful to the staff at Rara themes.

I got stuck at the final stage of creating my site, but the support folks got back to me within hours (a real reply, not a bot) and fixed the problem right away. I was blown away by getting human help at all, much less actually USEFUL individualized help, with a free theme. Massive kudos!

I’ve been trying to find some good customizable WordPress themes that looked kind of girly and I came to this one theme.
I installed it and the options that I found made me easy to add customization and other design details which I absolutely loved.
I wish a premium version with tons of other features including integrated social media stats and details would come along.

Can’t check out the creators website because NORTON Security says it’s unsafe to visit. So yeah, I wont use a theme where Norton has deemed the writers site unsafe.

I have been trying a few theme today and come across this theme.
It is nice, simple and clean design.
Since it is a free theme, I will not demand too much for flexibility. The premium theme will have it I suppose.
As a free theme, I will give it a five star rating.
I am looking forward for some flexibility without going to custom CSS for
1. Header Site Name, tagline and Logo picture control.. Like size, font, color and alignment
2. The homepage display tend to clustered if the features picture is not the same size and with different number of word in the posting. The display become less organized and aligned. It will be nice if it has fixed column and fix height.. it will look organize and better, unless you are looking for intended choatic display
Overall, well design and easy to use. Simple and clean..
