How do I set slider images to automatically rotate without clicking the arrow.

So i am trying to customize the slider a little bit, and need some help.

First of all where can i edit how the pictures in the slider is being presented? I maybe want to have a different background than the blue, or a full size image in the slider.

Furthermore, i want to have the text and button in a gradient box in the bottom of the slider image instead. Like the slider on https://www.headsetaudio.com

Could anyone give some tips for this modification? ??

HI, thanks for this great theme!!! I want to translate it to spanish, it’s possible? I suppose than is. But I can’t understand how to translate data saved in database, for example Feature 1 Title, Feature 2 Title, and so on.

When I go to the dashboard and select
Appearance > Menus
the menu doesn’t show up. I looked a bit into the code and found the name of the menu was “primary”. I typed the name into the Menus screen, and some info showed up, but it was still lacking the ability to rename menu links (i.e.: Home instead of My Company First page). I’ve worked with other themes on other sites, and the menu contents are flexible and easily modifiable, but I don’t see how to do that with Elisium.

When I load my site in “live view,” the opening featured slide is blank. Then I have to click on to the “next” one for something to show… It immediately then goes to Slide 2, then 3…then, once I cycle through it finally shows Slide 1.

Can you help me troubleshoot this, please?

Also, I’ve found where to add the radio buttons at the bottom, but I would also like to see the arrows on either side appear – any trick to this, too??

I have been trying to figure out where the images are to remove the border around the link…would you all know where these image tags are being stored (index.php)?

You have jQuery hard coded into the footer.php file. It’s causing conflicts with lots of plugins. Once removed, the theme works excellently.

I am using the frontpage of this them know. When I install the homepage template everything seems to be okay. But when it’s active for a while the images in the slide and the texts are centered.

Where in the CSS can you manipulate the number of Latest Articles to be previewed on the Index page when you have made it your static home page?

By default, mine only shows four – however, all of the previews/demo’s I’ve seen of the Elisium theme have shown 5. I have tried Chrome “Inspect Element” to search for this but any place it leads me back to the CSS does not result in any changes on the live site.

The layout and logic of the Elisium Home Page is rather proscriptive which can be limiting.

The Homepage Sliders require that you have exactly 3, not 2, not 4. Once you create your home page sliders, there is no way to re-order them, other than to manually edit each one.

Would it be possible to allow for drag-and-drop, or “weight” based re-ordering of homepage sliders, as well as toggle on/off options?

Also, could a slider animation time be a configurable option?

It would also be excellent if the images for sliders (and for the main features) could be selected from the site media library.

The theme currently requires that you have exactly 4 Main Features, if you leave any of them blank, default place holder text fills in.

Is it possible to remove one of the main features? or better yet, include a toggle on/off allowing an admin to turn main features on or off from the appearance > home page options settings.

Can anyone please give me a definitive slider image size? Like…one that definitely works and fits the proportions correctly – like, hands down?! It seems I can’t find this anywhere, and no matter what size I make my image (based on reading some of the other threads on here) it just doesn’t work for me…

Could a staffer at WeCreate perhaps fire off a couple of sure-fire suggestions??

Trying to upload a new logo under the “Elisium Logo Options” tab in the APPEARANCE settings… Nothing happens. I’ve tried re-sizing, using .png, .jpg…I’ve used different browsers. Nothing is working and the banner-head on m home page now is the default text titles for the website.
