The theme is beautiful but cannot register on their website for support. Also tried to contact twice using their contact form but no response in last 10 days or more.

I’m not sure if I but the pro theme then I’ll have a prompt support for any feature or issue I’m having.

Only for the difficulty in contacting the support, I’ve given 3 starts.

Im using the theme >1year. Its simple, beautiful and minimalistic.

The most important think is support. After few upgrades my site was broken, but theme leaders helped to solve all the issues.

That’s additional value of the product you never see by choosing theme for your site at the beginning.

Shout out to the Envy theme. Its free version is rich, powerful, minimal, and subtle! I initially had an issue which was not due to the theme but to the Jetpack settings I had. The people from Precise Themes gave me prompt and helpful support that solved the issue. Ready to fly (says this long-time blogger) and thinking of purchasing the pro version of the theme in the near future!

Currently using the Envy blog theme which is fantastic. As a novice website designer, I could adjust the vast majority of settings via the theme itself. However, one or two things couldn’t be directly changed. After contacting support, they responded promptly and even provided custom CSS code to make the changes. I consider myself to be an intermediate WP user, I can mess with the stylesheet if need be but I’m not a pro and often mess things up.

Envy Blog really appealed to me due to it’s clean design and high customisablilty. The number of layouts to choose from are staggering.

I have come unstuck a few times but the team have been great with solutions and work arounds to meet my needs, even going to extra mile to help with some CSS.

Response time is really quick and they’re incredibly friendly.

Envy is precisely what I’ve been looking for in a theme: simple and elegant in appearance and with plenty of customisation options. I also believe that the Pro upgrade is well worth it, with added functionality and design options. Personally, I have been searching for a theme that is easy to maintain and update, yet looking professional and modern. Envy Pro is just that. I’m also impressed with the support from the Precise Themes team. I’ve had a few questions and requests and they have been quick to help, as well as considering my requests for features that are not yet there to see if it can be built into future updates. Overall, I would a happily recommend Envy Pro, and the services from Precise Themes.

I like the theme very much, it’s clean and simple but it’s very versatile. I love the fact that you can do almost anything with your typography.
Currently I’m not using the Hero space, but I’ve added my own logo instead.
I wanted to change a few things and the support team was very helpful. And they are very friendly as well. Everything solved and I’m very happy with my new website.
