Dear,
Please update the theme.
Woocommerce – add-to-cart.php versie 9.0.0 has to be updated to 9.2.0 so it is working fine again
Hello! There was a new update for Woocommerce and after that I have a notification: “Your theme (eStore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.”
And in system status of Woocommerce I found this notification as well: “estore/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php
?version?3.3.0?is out of date. The core version is 9.0.0″
How it’s possible to fix the compatibility issue with my Woocommerce update? I checked the theme – it’s up to date.

When trying to enter the details of a product, the page loads for a long time and in the end it gives a timeout, we have updated the version of the theme to 1.6.2 but it still gives the same error
Our site is running on an outdated version of PHP (7.3.2), but our website seems to run perfectly well. When we try to update to the latest version of php 7.4 our eStore theme stops working correctly, not displaying any text in woo commerce blocks or SEO blocks in the edit screens?
We are having to resort to keep the older php until this issue is fixed or a work around created

Hello, how can I translate woocommerce text strings that are not translated? example: Your order – Shipping Thank you
When I use the parent estore theme the sidebar goes on the right hand side but when I switch to the child theme it goes underneath. I have tried disabling all plugins but it does not help.
This is the source code for the child:
https://placemakersinc.com/wordpress/test2.html
and this is source for the main estore theme:
https://placemakersinc.com/wordpress/test3.html
The child them is very basic with just functions.php and header and footer.
]]>In the header there was a small advertisement banner. Somehow I’ve lost it. I can’t find anywhere in customize to set the banner. Where do I edit this?
SOLVED: header right sidebar widget in customizer

]]>Hello,
I think I have the same problem than in this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/theme-stopped-showing-300×300-images-on-home-page/
At the site above you can see the last product’s image at different size. I changed nothing, just uploaded the product as before. But it is not shown as a 1:1 square shaped picture.
I started to create a new webshop with this theme, and when I uploaded the first product, the same problem occured.
I did’n have to upload square shaped image as main product picture before, it appeared automatically as square shaped. And as I mentioned, it is the same problem at another website that I has just started to use.
So maybe something has been changed at the theme?
Please help me to solve this problem.
One solution is that, from now, I have to create every time a square shaped main picture, and upload that one…
Thank you

]]>The header in Mobile view is taking up 60% of the loaded page, yikes! that’s insane…. Looks extremely unprofessional.
Should be a maximum of 20%… Logo should be left justified on same line with Site name and Title right justified. Wishlist and Cart icons should be reduced by 50-60% in size and moved up to top right with the total….
I guess i’ll try to work on this myself but really needs a big overhaul to look modern and relevant.

]]>or some reason WooCommerce (or may be the theme) has stopped showing 300300 images on home page. If you check URL you will notice last 5 images are not showing properly.
300×300 are being generated there is no issue as you can directly access those 3 images here:
https://www.familystore.pk/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/winterwrapwithcap_brown2-300×300.jpg
https://www.familystore.pk/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/babysleepingbag-300×300.jpg
https://www.familystore.pk/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/babybeddingset-300×300.jpg
But on home page it is showing full size image. I havent changed anything in theme or any plugin. No idea why this is happening.
I changed theme to another one and problem went away. I changed it back to this theme and problem appeared.
I was diagnosing an issue so temporarily I activated another theme. Didn’t change anything in site and reactivated this theme again (after like 2 minutes) but I noticed it was using default options. It’s like you just installed and activated this theme. All my menu and no. of products on home page etc. where default. What kind of theme is this which doesn’t keep its settings saved????
Thanks God I had database backup otherwise I would have been screwed.
I have a strange situation.
Checking out works when going directly to check out (either from the “Checkout” menu button or selecting “Checkout” while hovering over the cart symbol in the upper right corner.
If you view cart first and then click “Proceed to Checkout” or click the Checkout button in either location (top menu or hovering over the cart symbol), then the cart empties and you’re presented with the message that you have no items in the cart.
When I switched the theme to Storefront (WooCommerce default), everything worked.
I currently have the site down, trying to figure out what is going on. The store has been up for 2 years and we don’t recall ever having this issue. We haven’t added any new plugins and everything is currently updated.
Any ideas of what might be happening? Again, you can check out as long as you don’t go to the cart before attempting to check out.
Thanks for any help. ??
