That I’m not a developer doesn’t mean I don’t deserve a good website or tech support willing to provide direct answers to my questions without going into full and arcane detail so far over my head I become frustrated and give up. I very much appreciate that Adore Themes techs helped me resolved my issues rather than try to convince me I need a professional. For a small-town, online only news site, I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles. Express News Pro has them, but is supple enough not to require them and simple enough and with sufficient documentation that even an old reporter could figure most of it out and a tech support staff willing and able to provide the level of assistance I needed.
