The Burger Menu in the mobile page is not working. I tried the solution brought up in a different feed on this topic, but it did not work

I’ve been researching online and been trying to use exs_entry_meta( bool, bool, etc… ) to display author, date, categories, tags, comments which are controlled by bool(s).

The question I have is that when I apply this within modified child theme search.php or a category.php page exs_entry_meta() function outputs the bools I designated as ‘TRUE’ and null for the ones designated as ‘FALSE’ as it should.

However, when I attempted to use the same function, with essentially the same CPT structure and layout within a single_*.php page, nothing is output…

Things I’ve tried, non exhaustive list:

1. adjusting the themes template-helpers.php exs_entry_meta() declaration to include, get_the_ID() as an argument, so that the ID may be manually passed through to the function, no output.
2. Changing my foreach() loop to an if, while conditional loop statement where the other instances of exs_entry_meta() works, no output
3. changing scope to: Global $post (and $wp_query), so that the foreach() loop has access to the $post->ID, no output
4. I’ve taken the variable declarations from the search.php and category.php (limited declarations in category.php) to try to troubleshoot or identify what could possibly be wrong
5. I’ve checked error_log, var_dump(), and print() to see if it would provide any clues. The clue I got was that the function (exs_entry_meta) is not receiving post->ID which is why it is returning ‘NULL’
6. I’ve rewritten the function as a custom_entry_meta() function which declares all the meta data I am looking for, which does output metadata, however is missing icons and css styling already created for the actual exs_entry_meta() function, while also not being responsive when I turn “off” an argument.

I apologize in advance for the poor formatting, I am not too familiar with this format of posing a question, and I am unable to locate the “code” snippet tool here.

Any guidance or direction on how to get this function to work within a single_*.php structure would be great, I surmise I may be missing something with the scope or declaration of variables somewhere?

The view of the header in PC and android is correct, with the picture fix and the page move up and down.

In IOS the picture move with page and is not responsive to the screen dimention.

the theme is great! There is although a final touch to make. On the home page I display a number o Exs Posts widgets. The first one displays recent posts and all other widgets display posts from specified categories. In such setup some recent post get duplicated in Recent Post Widget and Category Widgets. Do you have a solution to this problem? I have coding skills and I some knowledge of WordPress so if you could point me in the right direction I would be greatfull.

How i can i make futured image not being at the top of the blog host i want it to be in middle or at the end of the blog post how should i do that?

As you can see, there are four widgets in the sidebar on that page, which is currently a theme other than Exs. However, if I switch the the Exs theme and put the same four widgets into “Main,” which is described as the main sidebar, they do not appear at all anywhere in the page. I can put them into the footer, and they will appear there. But how do I go about getting them into the left sidebar?

My BuddyPress site’s registration page has two sections, ‘Account Details’ and ‘Profile Details’. These two sections are displayed as two columns, just like this – https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/guides/modifying-the-registration-form/.

This is fine on desktop but they look messed up on a mobile screen.

Is it possible to align the two sections in one column so that ‘Account Details’ show first, under which should be ‘Profile Details’ and then the ‘complete sigh up’ button?

I see an option in customize section to select categories to use for portfolio, services and team. Where do those feature on the website? I have Exs Pro, maybe they show up in the other themes? I’d like to separate my news blog from other posts and can’t tell if this is a useful way to do it?

I am not able to generate a site with the header / sub header section
just on the homepage. Header images and titles etc. inserted to sub tiltle section show up on all pages (Blog, etc. ..)

What are the settings for the header / pages to generate the look of ExS Fashion demo? (Header image on the Home, Title only on the other pages)

Just as the title describes, when I insert Elementor’s menu on some pages and it becomes a hamburger menu on mobile devices, I cannot click on and expand it.
I have disabled all plugins and it does not work, is this a result of JS optimization in ExS theme? If yes, how to deal with it since I cannot find contents about this in theme file.

Hello, I’ve finally found a theme I love with ExS Theme – thank you!

I’m staging my new site, getting ready for relaunch and I think I’m nearly ready. One small but persistent issue keeps recurring for me on mobile testing:

I’m using the main Pro Version.

Issue: My home page uses two blocks with columns that intermittently stop stacking when I’m making changes to the site (not necessarily making changes to the home page when it stops working).

Home page issue areas:
1) First is three columns with text over and clickable buttons underneath.
2) Second is four columns with images and text centered underneath.

I’ve tried “edit page” in the WP editor to toggle the switch to stack for mobile. I’ve tried turning that toggle off and looking for options in the Theme Customizer but I’m not sure which is controlling this.

I appreciate any help or direction you can provide.

Good morning, admin, I wanted to make a query about widgets, how do I make the products of my woocommerce store appear instead of the blog posts, and also that that sidebar never loses its position. When I click on a category it takes me to another page and I want it to be static please, it’s the Exs TECH theme.

When moving the mouse there is a circle around the cursor. I would like to remove that but I cannot find any options for that. Can you please tell me from where I can remove the feature?

I was wondering if it is possible to change the colour of either the drop-down box or the colour of the writing?

It doesn’t necessarily look bad but could be hard to see for something with a visual impairment.

This theme is honestly incredible so much better than the previous 30 themes I have tested.

Product images not showing with ExS theme on. They are okay with StoreFront theme.

If I reload the page, occasionally the images may show up…

I haven’t had a problem locating the body tag before, but cannot find it in header.php file. I’m looking to add Google Tag Manager before <body>. What am I missing? Thanks

Love this theme and there is so clean stuff and a lot of things to do.

We have bought the full license for the site and are really looking forward to building it up with products and will integrate it towards a POS-Sale in store point aswell as a webshop.

But we would love to get some help with this points:
1. How can I change the actual color selection in the web page. Then I think of buttons, read more button, buy button etc etc.
2. How can we change the text itself. Miss being able to choose full caps, or just lowercase letters on all the products.
3. Are there any options for locking the size of the actual box per product? So it does not change, but auto changes image / text to fit?

Feel free to come up with tips, tricks, etc. You think we should look at to make the site even better. This is our first online store page.`

Exs-news is simple, light weight, and highly adaptable to an ever changing web environment. During development, an error caused the author page to glitch out, and after some troubleshooting, it was the theme that was causing an error. After scouring the internet for some insight, I reached out to exs support and not expecting much. I went on with attending to other work.

Checked my email, after getting to my next client, no more than an hour passes, Yurii, my support guide requested for error log. I sent a snapshot and thought Yurii would mention there weren’t warnings or notices specifying the theme itself and that he couldn’t offer any help because of that.

Pleasantly surprised, after several moments from when access was granted, Yurii determined a couple of potential culprits, and several moments after that… Yurii isolates the cause of “glitch” in which an extra page was created during development.

Great suite of themes, first time contacting support and pleasantly surprised, hence the wordy review.

I have my header set to “logo left main menu right”. it displays properly for me “super admin”. but for my users its not displaying. they only see the mobile menu toggle. i already went through my theme options for header and main menu controls and i can’t figure out why this is happening.

I’m having trouble figuring out how to get the logo centred on desktop. I have another site that’s working well and I’ve made the settings the same in the theme but doesn’t seem to work as expected.

Hi. Is there a way of centering the featured image on posts. Images are currently left aligned. This would be a nice feature to have, if it’s not there already.

First, great theme. I like it. I am having an issue however. If you follow the link provided, or if you open any page, you see that links are a light black color. I have looked for an option to change the color on a link to no avail. Maybe I am missing something. Don’t know. I am used to having hyperlinks highlighted with a blue color
