I wrote to Smarter Themes numerous times after I bought the faithblog theme. In my first email, I outlined six reasons why I was requesting a refund, including a very incomplete membership page. I will be pursuing the issue with my credit card company, as I have received no support whatsoever from my numerous attempts to get someone to help.
Update: 8-25-23
Still waiting on any response from the company. Are they still in business? Anyone else having issues with them?

I liked the theme a lot, and immediately changed my site’s theme to the faith one when I saw it .. Very lovely and nice looking, very smooth and very neatly looking – giving a broad view of all posts and pages available.
