One issue I noticed, your pot file is not complete. I’m working on a french translation (I can send you the po and mo file to share with the community if you want).
All the section about leaving a reply to a post is missing from the pot file:
-more posts
-leave a reply
logged in as… log out?
-comment
-postcomment
links about previous and next post are not complete, I get previous article and next article
the widget on sidebar about recent posts doeesn’t have any translation too.
I use the plugin loco translate, it doesn’t work with poedit when I upload file in the lang folder…

]]>The main color for my site is black. These seems to be the color setting for the background color of “next article” or “previous article” at the bottom of each post.

Maybe I screwed something somewhere by changing something in style.css, but I don’t think so because I reverted to the original fashionista theme (I’m using a child theme) and I still had the same problem.

]]>My comment form is missing the name, email, and website fields. I’m pretty sure I set “display: none” somewhere, but I can’t find where and don’t remember.
The weird thing is that these all display on microsoft edge but they don’t on chrome, so I’m not sure if the problem is something I changed in style.css or something else.

Can someone perhaps help me out improving the website speed? I am struggling in between a loading speed of 8.5-9.3sec on Pingdom, and lower loading times when I use WPSmush.
I also tried installing JS&CSS script optimizer and CDN Enabler, but don’t understand how both of these work..
I also tried W3cache, which brought down the speed dramatically to 3.75sec, but then the website looked very basic with Times New Roman font, and totally not what it is supposed to look like.. So I deactivated this plugin again.
I’d be happy with a loading speed between 3-4sec. Can anyone help me out by recommending plugins/adjustments/giving tips?

First, is it possible to change the header and footer colours independent of each other? It seems like the customization option overrides anything in style.css.
Also how can I remove the two lines at the bottom of each post? As well as the lines beneath “continue reading” on the blog homepage? I don’t see these anywhere in style.css.
Also is it possible to change the text in the footer? I have no idea how to find the source code for that.
Lastly is it possible to add a search form either in the top navigation section or beside the site logo? I know this is probably a bit tricky.

]]>I’m making a new website and all my tweaks so far work fine.
Now, when I view the website https://www.plakat-raum-gesellschaft.ch/web2017 on a tablet in portrait mode, the main menu collapses into “Navigation” even when there is plenty of space to display the horizontal menu in full. (This does not happen in landscape mode though.)
How can I have my website display the horizontal main menu in full as long as there is enough space horizontally?

In the Customizer, the website looks fine, with everything I want there to be. However, when I visit the website without being logged in (www.ladiesonlybjj.nl), there are some old image widgets that I’ve replaced, but still the old ones show up! Same as the Archive, it only shows March 2017 as the most recent – while in the Customizer view, I can see it’s been updated to the most recent Archive.
The same happens if I check the website on my mobile phone, and desktop Incognito. However, clicking on links of recent blog posts does get me to where I want to be – it’s just that the Home Page seems off.
I’ve done all the recent updates to the latest version of WordPress. Is there somehow a limit to Fashionista, that I keep viewing the not-updated version of my own website??

I’ve got two problems with my WP blog using Fashionistas and I was wondering if anyone may be kind enough to help? I’m tearing my hair out with it now!
1. There’s white space above and below the header image (of the Invisibly Me custom-made header). I’d like to get rid of this white space so it looks more streamlined.
2. The theme doesn’t seem to match up on a mobile phone. On my iPhone, the header part isn’t there and it’s not responsive, but it seems to work fine on an iPad.
I’ve browsed for a solution for this and tried various codes that I’ve added via ‘custom CSS’ but nothing seems to work ie.

]]>Hi! I’ve read a few other threads on this topic, but none of the solutions are working for me. I’m trying to increase the body font size on my website, but nothing is making it budge. I’ve tried using the “Additional CSS” section of my Appearance backend, installing custom CSS plugins, and going directly into my theme’s CSS and adding code into a few different spots there, all to no avail. I’ve tried a few different codes:

and

font-size: 1.4em;
}

I got a problem with Fashionistas WordPress theme running on full HD resolution. It all looks good on every other screen resolution but when it comes to Full HD I got my sidebar on the lower part of the screen instead of the position on the right from the content part. I just wanted to upload a large picture (9Mb) to a post and also wanted to use it as a featured image, which actually didn’t work (both of it). I tried it with a smaller picture (1Mb) and it worked just fine. Of course i want to have the best solution for my visitors…
Is there like a limit of data I can put in one post? And if, how can i change that?
Also (i know, a lot of people asked this frequently), the quality and size of the featured image is smaller then the normal one. I tried everything you wrote, but couldn’t make it happen!

I just started building a wordpress website on localhost and the Font-size of the posts and pages is to small for my needs. I searched the code in the Editor for the Font-size but wasn’t able to find them. I would really appreciate any single help here.
Also i tried to make the pictures shown in posts to open in a lightbox. I tried several plug-ins but none of them worked at all. Do you guys had the same problems and have you been able to fix them? Can you name a workin plug-in?

Hi there,
I’m running WordPress 4.6.1 running Fashionistas theme.
Looking at the list of Posts: https://onesensationalshot.com/
Featured images for each post listed isn’t auto cropping and filling the width of the column – it’s just resizing to it’s original aspect ratio with no crossing.
As a result, the images do not fill the full column width.
Any advice would be appreciated.

]]>I initially installed Fashionista a year ago. Due to forgetting to update my credit card, I lost my site 3 weeks ago, but was able to recover all the text by importing a saved version. All of my blog images are gone & I’m in the process of re-adding them.
In the initial version of Fashionista that I downloaded last October, whenever I posted a new post & added a Featured Image, it would automatically add it to the front page of my blog and crop the image. All images for all posts on the main page were uniform in size. They were horizontal & cropped.
Since reinstalling the theme & adding images, the images on the front page are no longer uniform in appearance. Any suggestions on what code I would need to input the regain the original front page image structure?
I’ve installed Simple Custom CSS & I’m ready to go!
