This theme is really very flexible and supperfast. provide all support in function file to even further disable not required script and stylesheets. You can startup to build your own custom theme based on this one. Thanks

This theme serves as an excellent foundation for building a mobile friendly site. Flat Bootstrap is a perfect balance between most starter themes (which are too basic for my needs) and a full fledged theme framework (which often are way overkill).

Flat bootstrap is my first bootstrap site, a BIG thanks for a starter theme that has made the learning curve appreciatively less. Worth the effort.

My site is https://minderwert.de
The site is rather technical. For this the theme is wonderful easy, though having all the excellent features provided by the Bootstrap framework.
I use the theme together with the “Bootstrap 3 Shortcodes” plugin. So content and plugin development is fully “bootstrap oriented” and homogeneous.

I am grateful to have started with such a stable theme with well-commented code for my first stab at child-theme customization. (Also, when I asked the developer a question about what I mistakenly thought was a bug, he responded promptly and thoroughly.) I will surely be using Flat Bootstrap again.

UPDATE ON REVIEW POSTED ON MARCH 29, 2014 (BELOW)
I ‘humbly’ withdraw the review that I posted on this theme. I ought to have known that the errors incurred were as a result of something that I had done! Despite this self-induced mess, the owner/designer of this WP Theme was more than helpful with suggestions in how I could fix errors that I had caused! He even went so far as to provide me with a “free” alternative that he has yet to release!!
I chose this theme because of its simplicity. Despite that simplicity, I seemed to complicate it. I could have switched to another when I encountered these errors, but I liked and do like how it handles my content!!
I had originally used a WP theme that I had paid for – and let me tell you that I got better service and response from the owner of this design than:
>>>my own web host. Actually still haven’t heard from them; and
>>>the design owner of the theme that I had purchased.
Again, I retract the original bad rating. I could have deleted it, but I wanted the public to be aware of how well I was treated and helped, despite the fact all of the issues were caused by me!!
My site is https://shammahspace.ca.
Thanks Tim!!
I recently (less than a week ago) decided to try out this theme on my site (https://shammahspace.ca). It ran for a few days, no problems. On March 28th, 2014 I got a 404 error message when trying to logout of my site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/sham8551/public_
html/wp-content/themes/flat-bootstrap/404.php on line 12
I posted on the help form. I got a response from someone asking me to delete the following code, which I did:
<meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”547
e9ea4e9a1acdac2ba21e8c7fa1242″/>
It didn’t help. Again, tried to log out and got this error message:
Oops! That page can’t be found.
Or as techies would say, its a “404 Error”
The person who provided the first ‘supposed solution’ has not replied to the last forum update submitted to him yesterday.
I updated my forum post this morning wanting to know what was happening and whether or not I should make efforts to contact the theme designer.
I certainly would appreciate some help on this one folks. For the last several years I have been using a theme that I paid for with no issues.
The errors are only visible when logged in and attempting to log out. My site url is https://shammahspace.ca
Thanks.
