Hello,
I’m working on a WooCommerce website using the Flatsome theme and Elementor. However, the default WooCommerce sorting is not appearing on the product catalog page. I’ve already checked if its hidden behind the header and reviewed the settings under Customize WooCommerce Product Catalog. The sorting option is currently set to “Default ordering (custom ordering + name).”
Could you please help me with restoring the default WooCommerce sorting functionality, or suggest an alternative plugin that can provide similar sorting options?
Thank you for your assistance.
Hi, I want to create a couple of simple tables within Flatsome. Apart from creating these using HTML (on which I am somewhat rusty), I can’t see that the Flatsome UX-Builder allows for this. I see that the WordPress Block Builder allows you to do this. Is it possible to run the WordPress Block Builder alongside Flatsome? I wouldn’t think so, but thought it worth asking.
Hello all,
I currently have an issue where I can’t get rid of a text excerpt being added below the product in both the cart page and checkout page. I’ve tried countless CSS and PHP ways, and searched through the Flatsome and WordPress options, but can’t find a way to disable the excerpt from showing. I also noticed that the cart and checkout pages are different than I’m used to with my other sites, I believe this could be due to a new update for flatsome/woocommerce?
Hi,
Does Flatsome allow you to make images corners rounded after uploading an image? If I upload an Image Element is there some configurations I can change to the Element or a class I can target under the Advanced tab to make the image rounded corners? Would be great if there was a simple way to make all my corners rounded on my images after upload.

#image_238449092 { width: 100%;}
Why does in flatsome theme these ids keeps in changing on every request.
Can we disable this from plugin settings.

Hi,
I am working on a replacement site for a friend. I would like to be able to add a filter on shop pages for both colours and styles (trousers/smart…)
The range in the Colours attribute is huge, as many of the items come in different shades of blue, or grey… So I would like to be able to group them and the user simply filter on “Blue”. My knowledge is limited, but I managed to add a Colour range attribute – but I can’t assign it to different variations without it appearing on the product page. I had also hoped to hand this over to my friend to maintain once it is done, and he is even less technical. Is there any easy way to achieve it?
Similarly, I also want users to be able to filter out based on style (trouser or smart/casual…). Historically the site has categorised according to brand. I can add extra categories and tag them accordingly. But when I added the filter by category option I got all the brands too. Is there any easier way of doing this too?
Many thanks
Nicky
Under custom product page layout, when I choose to add an element related products>slider, the related products under mobile will disappeared. It works fine on desktop and tablet. Under mobile, it will just show related products title and the entire related product images and text will disappeared.

I want to modify product gallery slider arrows – so that it would be easier to click for the slider to move to the next product image. Similarly as a given example here: https://codepen.io/jwktje/pen/RwebYGo
How can I widen the arrows click zone ? Using Woocomerce 3.0 Lightbox
The 3 default bubbles (new, sale or custom) do not carry forward and displayed on the Product Page itself. The products when viewed both in Quick View and the Product Catalog pages are working perfectly.
Yet, when I create a “CUSTOM PRODUCT LAYOUT” (UX Block) and select in Layout -> Product Layout, CUSTOM and select the “CUSTOM PRODUCT LAYOUT” (UX Block), the bubbles appear on the Product Page as they should.
I ruled out the live site as I configured the same setup on a newly created staging site and this yields the same issue. The staging site has ZERO customization.
Has anyone every seen these bubbles working on their Product Page using one of the provided Flatsome Theme Product Layouts?
Could this be a WooCommerce, not a Flatsome Theme issue?
Thanks in advance for any leads or pointers.

After using Chrome DevTools to white list everything else, I’m now on the last piece of the puzzle with the Flatsome theme itself.

How can I whitelist the UX-Builder in this CSP?

I am selling knitting yarn in my shop. The swatches of the variations (colors) look nice, but I should permanently show the variation name below the image. It that possible in any way? I tried by manipulating the file class-swatches-frontend.php in the child theme, but that did not change anything. I am quite lost and appreciate any hint…
Kind regards

When creating a mobile page,
There is an issue when creating a slide within a tab.
If you make the slide size smaller within the tab, such as slide-default-slide width 75%, it is not reflected.
