Below every topic your theme shows the word “tags” twice, as you can see on my website. How can I fix that?

Just downloaded this theme and the most appealing feature from the screenshots doesn’t seem to be displaying. Am I missing something? I’ve set which images I want it to use, but it’s nowhere to be found. Is there shortcode I have to enter on a page or something? Did something get deleted from the header?
