I need assistance on how to download the freelance plus theme demo data

This is changing from a query to a Bug Report, as I made a new page and the issue did not occur. But here is the issue.

I am building a new site using blocks for the first time, and trying out a child theme of Freelancer Plus

The title of the page is About Me and My Writing

But only the word About shows up in Preview and online.

I thought it was cutting off, but when I tested with just tying a long string of letters, that shows up. When I say About_Me_and_My_Writing, that shows up.

NOW I made a new page and the issue does not occur, it is some sort of bug.

I was surprised to find my main page is cutting off the sides.

I used a Media and Text block.

On the phone, the photo is gigantic compared to what is on the browser version, and sit atop the text. And the text is positioned so wide that cuts off on the left and right sides.

My goal would be to reduce the photo greatly on Mobile screens and bring the text in.

The photo, by the way, is only a placeholder. But as I said, it is much smaller on the browser view version.

The code for this block is as follows. I am new to blocks and know little about css.

Hi.
I just installed Freelancer Plus to create my simple portfolio site.

Before I get too invested in this theme, I need to know if it is possible to extend the Site Identity so it does NOT put in a line return after 20 characters.

I also want to have it in Title Case, not UPPERCASE

I want the name to look like Copywriter T. S. Phillips

But it is forced to look like:

COPYWRITER T. S.
PHILLIPS

Can someone please tell me how to change the Site Identity? If the answer is no, then I cannot use this theme.

I have other questions. I like the look of your example Live Demo very much. But I do not know how to make any of it. My other sites rely on tables and simple text.

I also have never used Blocks or the Gutenberg editor. So I am going to work on learning it.

But I will not waste more time with Freelancer Plus if I cannot alter the Site Identity parameters.
