I have tried changing the header to a different color using css codes and have used different css plugins and none of them are working?
]]>This is a very cool theme, however there’s a bug in the customizer settings. I can’t center the header (contained) on mobiles with the name left and the menu floated right (no search item) and also the sticky menu seems a bif effed up on mobiles as well. Hope they get a chance to fix it as this theme’s really nicely done, especially with the GeneratePress license!

]]>Hello,
I want to remove the byline (author, publishing-date) on every single post on my website. I also want it to disappear on my “Home”-page. Which PHP file do I have to modify and what do I have to remove? I already found some stuff on the internet for other themes and I already managed to remove it on the WordPress-Themes but it’s different in Freelancer so I need your help.
Thank you,
Karl K.
Hi. I moved my website to another host and now have a font size issue. The titles, dates, comments, and category is very small on some of my posts. It is fine on others. The website is https://www.bestlaptopsonthego.com and if you go into the Blog, you will notice the first post has this problem. I have no idea what I can do to correct this and would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
]]>Hello. I have been using the Freelancer theme. I set the font size too large initially. (It’s at 20px.) I want to decrease it, but it appears that I no longer have the same options I initially did when I set up the site. (Dashboard, Appearance, Customize, Typography.) It tells me what it is set at, but I can’t click on it, delete it, nothing. Right below it, it says Add On Available, and when I click on that, it takes me to a screen where it says if I pay $5, I can have access to more fonts, font weights, and font sizes. So am I now unable to change my font size without paying? Or is this operator error? (Totally possible, I am far from computer savvy.) Thanks for any help or advice you can offer me. My site is https://advicefromacop.com
]]>I am using the Freelancer theme, version .03 and I have recently removed the navigation as I do not need it for this project. Since I have removed that I have a large area of whitespace between the header and the content that I’d like to remove. It’s not as prominent on the desktop version, but I’d like to remove it for at least the mobile version.
Any tips or ideas for CSS that would help me accomplish this?
]]>My website looks good on a desktop but there are some issues with spacing and white space in the responsive design when viewing it on a mobile or tablet. How can I edit the appearance of my website on small screen without changing how it looks on a traditional computer?
]]>Hello there,
I’m using the Freelancer theme (Generate Press) for my website https://www.ikmedia.eu. It seems that with each update the copyright line at the bottom of the home page is reset to the default text (Copyright ? 2015 · GeneratePress · WordPress). I had it changed a couple of times to a personalised copyright line, but with the latest theme update I can’t seem to find the line in the footer.php anymore.
Thank you in advance for trying to help me with this.
Kind regards, Irene

]]>I’m using your theme, everything seems to work very fine !
I noticed this :
tiled mosaic are using a fixed width of 500px, which is the default width. It looks a bit narrow of course. I don’t know if it’s a 4.1 specific problem, maybe it’s related to the $content_width var which is not set (saw that here : https://jetpack.me/support/tiled-galleries/)
A Google Analytics option would be nice
The search engine using the full menu width is a good idea, but it’s not always easy to see that you can actually type something. The cursor is at the far left of the menu, its not the first place where the eye is looking. Maybe an animation to show how large is the field would be nice ? It’s just an idea.
