I’d love to slow down the default settings for the slider speed. I feel like I should be able to do this is in the jquery.flexslider.js where I find the following:
slideshowSpeed: 7000, //Integer: Set the speed of the slideshow cycling, in milliseconds
animationSpeed: 600, //Integer: Set the speed of animations, in milliseconds
Even substantial changes, however, result in zero change.
]]>My background is in simple HTML; I am quite new to WordPress and CSS.
My pages are set to full width, no sidebar. My pages’ featured images display to the left, which is where I’d like to keep them. The text displays to the right, but longer text then wraps beneath the featured image. As two of my pages involve lists, this looks cruddy.
I’ve poked at a few ways to get this to display more cleanly, but each time it blows the display for mobile. I end up with the featured image, a bunch of dead space, and then the text. Not good.
I can get the lists not to break apart if I float the featured image to the right. It solves the problem, but I do not like the way it looks. I’d like a left-to-right visual hit.

My caption fields are filled in for each image associated with an individual page. I can see that there is code in the style.css that addresses captions, however none of my featured images display their captions.
I cannot find any customization setting that accounts for this, and I’d really like to resolve it. Image context and photo credit are important.
]]>I am interested in purchasing your Pro Theme version, but I’d like to know if it has the option to make the header “sticky.” Please let me know – thank you!
]]>Okay, this theme has a slider at the top of the home page (works fine), a “services” section below that, which displays the pages you choose to display, and a “blog” section that does the same thing as the “services” section.
The blog and the slider sections work just fine. This “service” section is a mess. The pages are advertised as being excerpts, but when I go to update the section everything in the page posts to the homepage, the entire content.
In addition to that, the posts in the “services” section overlap. Where and how do I remedy these margin errors?
