I am facing same issues with multi language translation. I am using wordpress-4.9.6.
My current theme is Gaga corp
I have installed Multi language by BestWebSoft plugin version 1.3.1.
I also edited the pages and post but it is not displaying.
My question is, translation is not working because it is a free plugin or its a theme issue.
Please help.

how can be removed slider function from Blog page?
In addition, the same page doesn’t allow to apply “No sidebar” template and posts list isn’t full width.
