I have received no response from support at all. I guess this is another one of those themes that gets shoved out and then abandoned. The way they do columns takes literally minutes to load in the editor. The wysiwyg for their blocks doesn’t represent what will show up on the page. The colors, fonts, margins, etc I added in the interface are not anywhere in the code that wordpress ultimately serves. It’s just in the editor. Their prebuilt parts aren’t created with their own blocks so if you touch them, they fall apart and can not be replicated. And just now for some reason all of the prebuilt stuff just jumped back into my site, like their “demo” content just decided to load again. the logo is Gutener again the footers and header are back to the default. Everything is messed up. I’ve made five sites using this and I just kept powering through the difficulties because I was already deep into them before I realize it was a mistake. Now I have to go through and find all of the places that have been ruined.
