Hello,
I am having trouble accessing our website, I recently moved to this theme on wordpress and all it shows currently is a white screen and an error stating:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘{‘ in /homepages/45/d122205591/htdocs/Website-2014/wp-content/themes/steed/includes/php/elementor-templates.php on line 21”

I have trawled a few forums and guides and all I can find on the topic is that I need to access remotely using FTP software. This would be fine, but the previous staff did not keep any details from our hosting provider so I can’t log in and edit the theme files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can’t seem to find a direct contact number or email for wordpress and im completely lost as to why this error has occured.

I use child theme and parent theme upgrade 1.9.7 to 1.9.8.
Then the front page of the fixed page is no longer displayed.
Version 1.9.8 has new frontpage.php.
How do I upgrade from 1.9.7 to 1.9.8 when using a child theme?

I get the warning when I try to rename Enter on the Call out button. It doesn’t allow me change the name.

I have another problem with the menu, im sorry for do not be able to solve them from my self, but if possible need your help.

I have a big sub-menu items, and this do not show me all the sub-menu items, even if i scroll down, of course that will affect on most “laptops” desktops have taller screens but the best way should be

item1 item5 item9
item2 item6 item10
item3 item 7 item11
item4 item 8 item12

is there a way to do that?

Hello

in Healthcare theme, when we have submenu the dropdown design have a Triangle from Main menu to the sub, the Hover Area for mouse is only that Triangle, is there a way to expand that Hover Area for the entire width?
