Hi – I loved this excellent theme when I first installed it on a demonstration site about three years ago. I consider it much better than any of the premium themes I have found in the intervening years, and I would love to install it again on a new site.

However, I hesitate to do so as it has it has not been upgraded for years.

Is the developer still active in the WordPress community and is there any way in which to get this theme upgraded and supported (even as a premium theme rather than a free one)?

This may sound stupid if the answer is obvious, but I see tons of icons in the theme, itself. How do I change the default leaf icon for the homepage featured pages?

My site, https://www.gcbrewery.com is running Heavenly theme. When you view it on a mobile device, there is a little tab that looks like you’d pull it down, but it doesn’t seem to contain any content. Seems like it’s supposed to be a pull down menu. Anybody know how I can configure this to show the menu?

when I activate the theme I get the following error:

My home page (which is the page that has my latests posts) has the default image showing a picture of an iPad and the words “Welcome to Heavenly”.

I cannot find anywhere to get rid of this image entirely (or even to replace it with a slider or a photo of my own).

I don’t want a big image or a slider or anything on my home page; I want just the text of my posts.

I am new to WordPress support forum so I apologize in advance if I have this post inside the wrong threat. I am not new to WordPress in general, however!

I am noticing something happening with my website’s navigation menu, specifically when a menu item is clicked it appears that the navigation menu is “reloaded” and is “sliding” into position. I know this sounds odd to describe, but you’ll understand what I mean if you were to just to look at the site and click on a navigation item. I am using standard WordPress Menus and calling wp_nav_menu with standard arguments.

If anyone can tell me why this is happening I’d greatly appreciate it. Perhaps it’s a CSS issue, a PHP issue, or a WP issue. I can’t seem to find any apparent reasons throughout my searching.

I have pretty high programming background so don’t be shy to answer in technical terms.

If it’s helpful, I am using Heavenly parent theme with WordPress 4.0.
