I’ve used this theme for a few years and it was working fine. Unfortunately the theme’s product pages are not compatible with Elementor. If you use Elementor on those pages, the theme’s styles get messed up so the only option is using the theme’s standard design. This offers little flexiblility though. I will switch to the Astra theme now in order to be able to use Elementor on product pages properly. If you don’t need as much flexibility, Hestia is a good option though.

I purchased Hestia Pro for my business website and have had the need for various customizations…The theme header is not responsive, so on mobile you’ll need to make a custom image most likely, and the buttons in the header will open in a new tab by default, etc…But most issues like this I have found custom css or header/footer code to augment by reaching out to support. They’ve been very helpful and prompt.

The Hestia Pro theme is beautiful and easy to set up and maintain. And the Themeisle support is exceptional! The support techs, especially Rodica, are always professional, kind, and work really hard to solve my problems, most of which are related to my lack of WordPress experience! Recently, there was a problem with the shell. In the comment section, in the mobile version, it is not possible to reply to comments. When you click on the (reply) option, it redirects the user to the bottom of the page, and the user’s message is not sent in response and in the depth of the message he intends to reply. I have had almost enough of this theme failure. My home page failed to allow edit functionality about 2 months ago. We had to copy the page with all SEO data and reinstall it. Now it’s just failed to open up the edit page again. What is going on with this theme provider when as a Pro payer I have no backup support available?

I had some issue in the past but magnificent support, helped me for everything quickly.
Some webmaster tools (like Bing) are saying me there are too many H1 tag in my pages (for sure the problem is in CSS), and this is not good for rank and SEO.

I really like this theme, although one really annoying issue is that the page cuts off if the aspect ratio is too low. E.g. for mobile/tablet users, or even if you don’t have the website in full-screen mode on Desktop.

This is great a start up theme! We love hestia and hestia’s developer. I use it with love, it has a structure that meets my every need in my corporate venture. both visually and functionally. It is important to me that hestia becomes more developed in the future. I do not intend to leave Hestia, I will continue with her. Although it has some problems in terms of mobile compatibility (for example, when the number of characters in the menu items increases, it does not go to the bottom line and extends the menu to the right), I give 5 stars because hestia deserves better.
