We tried the light-version and then bought the premium-version.
It started with the fact that in the cart the paypal did not work. We then paid directly by paypal.
Then we installed the premium-version and now wanted to use it with a childtheme. the parenttheme issued so many php-errors that use was impossible. The manufacturer says we are to blame …
For every request, the manufacturer needed three days to answer. He could not solve the problem within three weeks. Impossible for us, because we do not have that much time. And now he just does not answer any more.
we only want our money back.

There are many differences between the software and its documentation. Some configurations are not available. For example, the effects on the images are not customizable without write a bit of code.
The room management features are too basic.
I have asked for my refund two days after the purchase and I didn’t get an answer. The support sends me back to the documentation, which is false, without following up my request.

I recently bought this theme. This is my second theme used by same provide so I got few difficulty during initial stage. However , the support team is so much friendly and helpful that they helped me online on skype and also heaps of conversation in WhatsApp to solve my issue.
