I’m trying to edit Header one so that my menu stretches across the entire top of the page, but when I increase the letter spacing or font size, it just wraps around to another line rather than stretching all the way across. Is there a way to fix this? The footer menu on the page I referenced does this relatively well; please advise. Thanks!

on every page of my website is a date visible left of the title.
It is obviously the date of creating the page.

How can I get rid of this? I found a section in the code, but any change is not acceptet.
I′m not a coder. I can read a little, but not write it.

Can anybody tell me, where can I find this to switch it off?
