I’m using shortcode on a page template but it doesn’t display correctly. Although, if used on a page, rather than page template, it displays perfectly fine.
The shortcode is supposed to display a book grid from Mooberry Book Manager plugin, six book covers horizontally. But when in the page template it comes out with them stacked vertically.
Developer of the book plugin has investigated and reports “After thorough inspection of the code on the home page vs other grids, I discovered that on the home page, the code that is being displayed is not what MBM is generating. It’s like somewhere between the shortcode in the template and it being displayed in the browser, the template is re-writing the output of the shortcode”
Has anyone else had issues with this same thing or similar? How did you resolve it?
Thanks
Hi, it seems that “Inspiro Blocks” theme doesn’t work with plugin polylang. I’ve created two homepage (IT and EN) but online I see the content always in english. Is there some issue or conflict with Polylang? In addition I’m not able to add the language switcher on my pages. With “Inspiro” theme everything worked well!
Thanks
This is a test site, how do I remove the white strip between the menu and the header image (hero)? That’s the tape that fits the title I think. I put the CSS code .page .entry-title {
Display: None;
}
Mais cela ne suffit pas. Merci pour votre réponse.
Hi,
when I create the child theme, header template dissapears in frontend, but if I use the parent theme, it’s working fine.
Do you know how to fix this? Because I need to use the child theme.
In the mobile version of my website, I have this menu item that links to an anchor-id at the homepage. When I am in the homepage and I click on this menu item one of two things happen:
I have the ‘Page scroll to ID’ plugin enabled, since I want smooth scrolling whenever an anchor is selected. If I deactivate the plugin the issue goes away, but it only jumps to that section instead of smooth scrolling to it.
Hi there
I am struggling to customize the navigation page that appears for smaller size screens accessed via the hamburger menu.
For some reason the style changes dramatically from the rest of the site.
I would also like to include an image on the nav page which I can’t find a way to do
Assistance will be appreciated!
Whenever I view a blog post or the posts page they containa header and footer that I dont want there. Its not my image in the header and not the footer I created.
Nothing I do gets rid of them. I’ve changed the template assinged to the posts and the page. Ive changed the posts page to a new page, but the header and footer is always there.
The closest I get is being able to adjust the margins and padding around these elements when Im in the customizer under “Posts Global Styles” – but cannot remove them entirely.
I hope I’m making sense. Completely new to this trying to figure it all out, but Ive been stuck on this one thing for days.
Appreciate any help
To offer more control over your website, we’ve changed the included page templates in v1.1.0. Now you can assign any page with any template as your front page. The front and blog pages will now respect the configuration set in Settings > Reading.
How to Create a Front Page like the Demo
1. To create a front page with a similar design to the one from the demo, you will need to create a new page and set it as your front page: https://d.pr/i/gP7of8
2. Import the “Homepage” pattern to the content of your page – https://d.pr/i/9z2vcY
3. Assign the “Blank” template to your front page – https://d.pr/i/GEqtyo
