I can’t seem to find a place where I can edit the way the hamburger menu looks. It is still formatted like the default theme colours and with the Intrace logo. I only have the hamburger menu on mobile so I can’t click into it on desktop. I saw another thread asking about this but the ‘nav menu’ that fixes it is nowhere to be found.

hello im trying to use the same header/hero img on my WooCommerce shop as the posts, i have followed your previous video copying it from the post template to the catalog template, but whatever i do the header img wont use full width?

I made an edit to my header and now it’s not showing. I can see it when I edit the site and see the elements that are in it but when I click save and view my site, there is no header.

Hi, i’m having issues with the intrace theme on mobile view, the background image still appearing cut on top, not a responsive page. i’ve tryed to change the image on mobile setup to a smaller one but still the same issue.
Can someone help me solve it?

I’m using gutenverse theme and plugin too, i saw some webpages using the same theme and looks like they are not having this problem.

Hello, do you know how I can change my background image and H2 text to be mobile-friendly? When I look on my iphone it is all squished. The rest of it looks alright. I was also trying to find where to change the background photo but I can’t find where. I keep clicking trying to find the block and I can’t get to it. Thank you.

I am trying to update some wording on my website and it won’t allow me to make any edits. It’s also not recognizing the Gutenverse as a plugin.

I can’t change the logo on the mobile menu. Every time I go to a new page on the mobile menu and then back up to select a new page the INTRACE logo is there. Please help.

Could you please explain how the site editor pages work?
Normally, these pages must be created within the “Pages” section of the administration. You put the content of all your pages into the site editor, such as Contact, Service, About pages, etc.

If we do it this way, we cannot optimize SEO. How can we add these pages to the menu? For example, should we create a Contact page in the “Pages” section and use the site editor’s Contact page as a template?

For the Contact page, should we delete the content in the site editor and simply add a Content Block, moving the content to the Contact page in the Site Administration Pages?

I’m a little confused about creating pages.

Im currently using Intrace theme and Gutenverse Version 1.8.0. I cant seem to find a way to create a sticky navigation bar on top. Also there is a quick image of Intrace that flashes in between page switching. How do I change that?

Under Appearance, there is not the default Customize options, where you can through WordPress add a Favicon. In the Theme editor for Intrace, there also isn’t an option that I can find to add a favicon to my site. How do I add it? Thank you.

I want to change the background image on my home page behind my title as it doesn’t fit my occupation. And also down below on services we offer above each block is photos and I would love to change those as well if possible.

Templates show up differently on “page view” and “site”. I was editing the templates to create a reusable block for a link to the “Contact” page. I changed the supplied “Page” template and then created two copies “Page 2” and “Page 3” each containg slight variations to the the main image. Unfortunately, the block either does not show up (Home/Front page) or it displays differently (other pages) when viewed through the site or through page view, then it does on the template.

For some reason, their isn’t any paragraph spacing between my Paragraph Blocks (or other Blocks) on my Posts and Pages.

I checked online and even tested trying to use the following css but it doesn’t help.

in viewing a page or post, residual Intrace elements appear that are not visible after saving customization. At the top of the screen is an image of a living room. At the bottom are two blocks I do not want to appear.

I think I have found these elements in the source code, but I can’t delete them. I copied the code and pasted it into Visual Studio. I can edit the code there, but cannot copy and paste the edited version over the source code in the WP theme.

When I view one of my pages on mobile, the headshots are squished down from the top, distorting them. How can I resolve this?

I cannot figure out how to make the mobile view of our website look more like the homepage as it is viewed on desktop. The first three columns or blocks that are entitled “Investigative Leaders”, “Complete Services”, and “Satisfied Customers”, along with their paragraphs, are lined up oddly on the mobile view. How do I make them look like they do on the desktop version, or if that’s not possible, have them stack like the “Private Investigation”, “Claim Adjustment”, and “Process Service” columns/blocks show on the mobile view one on top of the next?

Dear Intrace-Team,

I’m working with a child Theme of Intrace and since the new Update my whole Website broke. Not even the Admin-Dashboard worked. I had to pay for a Back-Up from my Host-Partner. I tried it again and controlled my functions.php about issues – Nothing. It broke again, so I use the old Version of Intrace.

I like the Intrace theme so far. It suits my needs, all but for a couple of problems.
When creating a new blank page. There is still two default elements which I can’t find where to edit.
There is a background photo with a couch on the left and a dining table on the right with the page name in the middle like a title.
And also just above the footer there is a black section with “Ready To Start New Project With Intrace?” and a “Contact Us” button.
Both of these sections are not in the page editor or the header and footer temple editor.
They seem to both exist and don’t exist at the same time.
Any thoughts?

I just wanted your help. I installed the Intrace theme 2 days ago and thought it was good to go. But when I check the website, it goes back into its original theme. But when I check the site editor, the theme is still in there but not showing up on the site page. I wonder what happened, can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

Hello all. I am currently running the intrace theme in FSE. Everything looks great in desktop mode, but the mobile version is not right. It is basically a smushed version of the desktop site. However, when I preview the mobile version within the site editor, it looks great. But when I pull the actual site up on my phone, not so much. Intrace is supposed to be a responsive theme according to the info page, so I am not sure how to fix this. I have tried everything I can think of, but I am new to FSE. Any advice helps. Thank you!
