Hello there,

When I go to the pages list on the main menu, the page that is set to be seen as the home page is not the same page I see when I click on edit. Also, when I run the Yoast plugin, it acts as if the home page is empty, even though it can be visited if you type the URL. Therefore, google is not indexing the home page as it seems to be an empty page, despite the fact that is has pictures and text. Hope you guys can help.

I’m attempting to use slide shows as an image swap for products. End goal is to load it in the place of the category images. I need to know how to change the size of the slide show and hide the control buttons. Or, is there a better tool/block without adding more WP plugins.

I keep trying to edit and save my home page, but when the subdomain name is entered, that isn’t whnat shows up, and I don’t seem to be able to edit that page intext:”Theme: Jaxon”

Hello, I have a WordPress website that I created with the webhost Bluehost. I am using the free theme Jaxon. Yesterday I went in to make some updates to the site and found an issue with the site. The issue is that there is an extra scroll bar. This makes the site scroll funky. I though it was probably an issue with a plugin but couldn’t figure out if it was actually a plugin. So, I contacted Bluehost and the women I spoke with told me that it isn’t an issue with any plugin I have. That the issue is with the theme not working properly and I needed to contact the theme manager.

Is there anyway that I can get some help? I don’t know how to fix this. It is making my website wonky.

Hello! I am new to wordpress but so far I havent experienced alot of issues. I am currently working on an wordpress assignment for school. However, at somepoint using the Jaxon theme, a random div block with “contact us” has appeared on all my pages excluding the main page. It’s located right under my nav heading. I would like to get rid of it. I have looked under every settings option possible and I cannot figure it out. The block box appears only when previewing the page or if I have page layer plugin activated.

How can I remove this black div area from appearing in my pages? I have included a link to one of my pages as an example.
