I was very happy with the jetblack theme’s features.

It has a functional design that looks fantastic. (Some themes I considered looked nice, but didn’t seem useful for a business or organization. This one is.)

This theme has enough customization options to do whatever you want.

They also have a good import program that sets everything up for you.

And when I wanted some special modifications that went outside the normal customizations, the Firefly team (the maker of this theme) responded IMMEDIATELY, went above and beyond, and made the modification for me.

I felt like they were really committed to making my website successful. They adjusted page margins and did whatever I requested. This level of service is really rare. If you want great service to go with your theme, you can’t do better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The theme works very well with my website and looks professional, but really I couldn’t have figured it out without the customer service team. They are quick, efficient, and answer your questions. Even if only through email, they answer very quickly. Very impressive!
