I have been using the Briatech Jewellery Store Theme for the last 3 months. I have zero experience with coding and I am teaching myself WordPress, I can’t express enough how amazing the support of Briatech has been.

I have put in 3 or 4 tickets so far, and every time without fail, they have reached out to me or resolved my issue within a day (usually even less). They are incredible and I can’t praise this theme and support enough! The only issue is that the theme is not completely customizable, and as a result it does not work with my learnpress plugin or some elements of my Elementor plugin.

Outstanding support though and quick to produce new updates.

I am happy with this WordPress theme. It looks great and it has a professional appearance. When I walked into some issues, I contacted Britetechs and they responded very quick and were helpful, so my problem was solved immediately. The support is excellent!
However, also a point for further updates: The website is made in a fixed template. As a consequence that you cannot customize/alter everything on a page.

I still recommend the theme. Easy to use!

It is a beautiful and well thought-out design with a lot of functionalities even in the free version. If I go live I will definitely buy the pro version.

Very good theme for hotels and other lodging companies.
They provide fast and good service when needed, can definitely be recommended.
