So i started with the Joyas Shop free version as it looked roughly like what i had in mind for my site, after trying the free version out for a bit site looked good but was lacking some stuff that i wanted and all of these were advertised to be contained in Pro version.

For instance an easy way to remove or edit the footer links, adding more control over menues etc.

So i bought the Pro version, installed and was surprised that it actually had less features atleast that were working than the free version. Now i had a big blue banner covering the top of my site and even though i replaced it in admin with a new banner upload it was still there refusing to leave. Controls over menues and widgets were worse shape than free version and what was worse editing the footer was still not possible in any easy working way from the admin menu.

I went into the support forum and listed the abowe issues and a few more toghether with the comment that i would seek paypal refund of transaction if those issues were not adressed, i could now also see that the hidden support forum had tons of bugs request listed from other users that had nor replies or very long response times with what appeared to be no solutions in most cases.

Joyas response was to simply delete my user account preventing me to login to my software and reaching the support forum (you need to pay to access support forum), they also ignored all emails.

I went on to try a Theme from Envo instead, its beautiful and more important it works without bugs and issues, i bought their Pro version its more expensive then Joyas Pro but you really get what you pay for in this case.

Summary: Joyas = crappy software and scammers, bought Envo plugin instead a bit more expensive but infinite better value for your money.
