Our website which was built on Jupiter theme v5.9.7, was broken since a week ago. The site is not still up even though restored with working backup content. Whenever click on Jupiter theme, the critical error page is shown. WordPress updated to latest version. Please advise how to bring the site back. Is it Jupiter theme depricated? Tried with disabling and enabling plugins/Themes, still not working out.
]]>As soon as you inspect element and set it to mobile devices you’ll notice that the product filters and listings appear in 3 column structure which is very weird.
I cannot understand why this is happening. It’s happening only on the category pages.
I use plugins from crocoblock such as Jet Woo Builder on Jupiter X theme.
Please help or else I would have to restore a previously staged version in which I would have to put in lot of work.
]]>Hi,
I hope someone can help me as my launch date is tomorrow!
I am using Jupiter X and I created a custom single blog page (LL Post) with the Layout Builder. It looks fine on desktop and tablet but the mobile is displaying the tablet version and I can’t figure out why. I haven’t changed the responsive settings so not sure what the problem could be…especially since in the edit screen it looks fine. Just doesn’t look right live.
The link provided is a link to one of the posts. Let me know if you need credentials to take a look at backend.
Any advice or assistance is welcomed.
Thanks,
Anji

Hello,
when I install Jupiter x lite and then the Jupiter X core plugin
I get the following message:
An error occurred in the plugin API.
Do I need this plugin and how do I fix the error or is this only necessary for the full version?
Many thanks for the help
Lisa
We have roughly 10 sites running Jupiter Version 5.0-5.9. We are simply trying to upgrade them to the current version of 6.5 I believe. Anytime we do the update, it breaks the entire home page of the site. Not just the page but something internally in the code. Meaning any page we set to “homepage” in WordPress, breaks.
First, we thought it was child theme related, but we disabled the child theme and that did not fix it.

How I can add it again.
I tried it with the theme optien editor but it doesn′t work.
Maybe someone has a tip?

Suddenly (I think this was after the update of Jupiter X Core but it could have been even before), the customizer doesn’t work any more.
I’ve debugged the site and the debug log says:

Hallo zusammen,
Vielen Dank,
Daniel
Hi. I have 2 licenses for Jupiter X Pro and another 2 one-page sites using Jupiter X Lite.
I see Pro version got updated to version 1.25.0 but Lite version still at 1.19.4
Even Control Panel-> Updates tab shows there is update available, but when I click to the update button it returns “Something went wrong, please try again” error.
Since Elementor recently had major update and because of that Jupiter X updated to 1.25.0 maybe it makes sense to update Lite version too ? Or I did something wrong and that’s why can not update to latest version ?
Thank you
]]>An user reported to us a crash https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/e_error-was-caused-in-line-97-of-the-file-www-acf-php/#post-14123553
The issue is generated by this theme that doesn’t follow the ACF code, as that filter expect a string instead is returned a null, so I had to patch our plugin to not do type cast of the variables.

Hi,
I use a premium plugin called MemberPress Courses: https://memberpress.com/introducing-memberpress-courses/
When I activate that plugin, the Jupiterx-lite settings page (generated by the Jupiter X core plugin) disappears, I just get a blank section where the settings should appear.
Here’s a screenshot of the Chrome developer panel reports “jupiterxControlPanel2 is not defined”. Screenshot of full error: https://accountable.press/error.png
The developer of MemberPress is taking a look at this as well.
Please advise,
Chris
