I’m trying to import a demo with the “One Click Demo” import page. Whatever the demo I have a message: impossible to load keenshot-setup.
I checked all logs (php + wordpress) no errors. I always get this error when I want to import demo 1 or 2: “Unable to load keenshot-setup”.I have increased the limits of php.

J’essaie d’importer une démo avec la page d’importation ? One Click Demo ?. Quelle que soit la démo j’ai un message : impossible de charger la configuration d’heeshot-setup.
J’ai vérifié tous les logs (php + wordpress) aucune erreur. J’ai toujours cette erreur lorsque je veux importer la demo 1 ou 2 : “Impossible de charger keenshot-setup” . J’ai augmenté les limites de php.

I tried to import demo data with one click demo import for the Photographer theme demo 1. But there’s an error says keenshop setup was not successful.
Please let me know how can I fix this.

I think I remember seeing someone else have this issue a while ago, but can not find the solution they used (if there was one). How do you populate the live Instagram feed in the footer at the bottom right corner of the site? Right now, it just displays link text when I try to insert the URL. Thanks!

UPDATE – Actually, figured it out! You can delete. Thanks!

Love the theme, but when I change the slider image out, I get a single shot. How do I get the three image slider, that auto-rotates the images at the top? Thanks!

Hi there,

I’m trying to make some changes to the header under Demo 2:
1) Can I change the colour of the header / menu?
2) How do I resize the header height? Also wanted to resize the logo.

Please let me know how I can make these changes. Thank you!

I would love to be able to remove the remaining purple elements in the keenshot theme (over and active text in the header, header background, footer get in touch elements, copyright box, instagram element). Is this possible?

I’ve gotten most everything to work with this theme but none of the pin it to pinterest plugins (nor can I get the java provided by pinterest to work) for the gallery or the porfolio when hovering over a picture. Can you help with this? It should work something like this:

Pin to pinterest button shall appear for every photo in gallery on hover action
Pin to pinterest button shall appear for every photo in portfolio on hover action

I am trying to change the color of the footer box in the demo-2 home page. Ideally I’d like to change the color of all the purple to match the black and gray theme of my website. Is this possible?

First off I’d like to say this is a wonderful theme – thank you for all the hard work you put into creating it!

That said, I’d like to ask:

Is there a way to change the left footer items (telephone/address)?

I only have an email address for contact, so would either need to change the telephone to an email field OR remove the contact area and replace it with a widget that contains something else.
